After more than a decade relegated to sporadic television and the occasional viral video, the Muppets returned to the big screen last fall in the high-profile, highly-acclaimed The Muppets. While introducing a new generation to the colorful cast of Jim Henson creations, this is a movie for and by Muppet fans, with Jason Segel and Nicholas Stoller's screenplay packing in many fun nods to "The Muppet Show" and The Muppet Movie.
