Scariest: Dumbo.... Pink elephants on Parade freaked me out as a kid! LOL Favorite: Aladdin.... I still want to BE Aladdin! Love the story, the songs, the art, the magic, the action, the characters, love everything! Saddest: The Lion King.... the death of Mufasa was so sad! However, Most Overrated:...

I find that the majority of people like this are usually the type that have no imagination or creativity, and try to rain on everyone else's parade by sulking in their realism. My sister-in-law won't let her kids watch Disney classics because of this & that, and now that I think about it she's a...

I absolutely LOATHED this movie. There were about 4 times that I thought the movie was ending, but no... it kept going & going & going. There was a point after about the first hour and a half (where I first thought the movie was ending), when I thought, "You know what... that was a dece...

UGGH, I absolutely HATE how football games are always running over my favorite shows! There are so many dedicated sports channels now, I think they should totally remove sports from the major networks. Either that, or end the broadcasts on time, over or not. If the game's not over yet, viewers could...

I've really enjoyed this series so far! LOL, Escapay, Medieval England 90210... maybe that's why I like it. No, really, I just tend to enjoy anything to do with fantasy & magic & medieval times. On the subject of US remakes of British Shows... it's totally ridiculous in my opinion. I ...

Right on!
I would love a new edition of Bedknobs & Broomsticks... it's always been a favorite of mine.

I think Hercules & Hunchback are most deserving of a new release, though. Would love to see all of these titles in Blu-ray!!!!

I'll be getting one next week. I've just been dying to see Sleeping Beauty AND the Nightmare Before Christmas on Blu-ray! And the prices have really gone down. I read on the Blu-ray.com forums, though, that there will be a few players in the $150 range on Black Friday. I can't wait that long though!...

I read the series in time order (starting with Magician's Nephew, which I loved!) and found it a very enjoyable way to read the series!

I'm surprised no one is offended at the stereotypical portrayal of Maleficent.... so Disney is saying that ALL evil witches/fairies have GREEN SKIN?? I'm outraged! 8) The truth people need to face is that stereotypes had to come from somewhere, so they need to get a grip. Real humans walk around eve...

ANOTHER Shrek movie?! :? I'm sorry everyone, but I LOATHE Shrek. LOL I really, really liked Prince Caspian. I've always been a big Narnia fan, but to be honest Prince Caspian was one of the least interesting books to me. Maybe that's why I liked the movie so much... my expectations weren't too high ...

When I saw this thread, I just had to stop in and share my story! I grew up as an overweight kid, and that's really tough emotionally getting teased and stuff in school. Fast forward to being an overweight 20-something. I saw Turbo Jam on an infomercial, and despite my better judgement on infomercia...

I'm usually lurking here on UD, but I had to come out and say that I just LOVED THIS MOVIE!!!! Love, love, loved it! I really thought it had a great story, and like so many of you before me have said, it had so much heart. I'm usually resistant to like CG movies this much, because as such a traditio...

The Lion King. It's special features were crap, and that's BEFORE adding in the fact of how it was so hyped up to be the "KING of DVD".... after it was so overhyped, it was REALLY dissappointed. Or to quote Ralph Fiennes as Lord Voldemort, "I confess myself..... *!*DISSAPPOINTED*!*&qu...

Actually, on second thought, I'm thinking this (or anything, for that matter) will at least be a lot better than if Disney Channel Circle of Stars did a soundtrack. Now THAT's a Nightmare!

I agree that CG seems to be burning out a bit. I think for so long we have been in awe of how realistic the animation is.... and now we are tired of reality. We need magic back in our lives, to escape from reality. I am excited, anyway... maybe I shouldn't have shelved my childhood dream of being a ...

Would I be hoping for too much if I hoped for this to be a musical? In my opinion, the only way the glory days of traditional animation will return is if they make a COMPLETE return, aka animated MUSICALS. I have got to say, however, that this better have a solid, magical, amazing storyline, and mus...

That's funny! I have the Classic Cartoon Favorites DVD, and I had always wondered what they're saying when it's too fast to understand them, so out of curiosity I put the subtitles on, and it showed what they were saying, and I found it humorous that they were talking about things completely unrelat...
