I love Lilo and Stitch: The Series! It's cute and enjoyable, and reminds me a lot of the old Disney Afternoon series like Ducktales, Rescue Rangers, etc., in that it tells fun, light stories that are based on the development of the characters instead of constant jokes and gags. I have a feeling the ...

Re: Billions for Boris -- it isn't a Disney movie. And as a HUGE fan of Freaky Friday (I think it's the best Disney movie ever made, live-action or animated), there's no way it will get a 2-disc release. The movie was a bomb when it opened and the cultish fanbase it's attracted over the years really...

*cough* I have noticed that disney is starting to make TEENAGER movies. But I don't like the looks of this one, nor any other TEENAGED disney movie. But that's my opinion. T_T Personally, it looks down right stupid with a big fat S in front! T_T Yeah, how dare Disney make stupid TEEN movies. C'mon,...

No. The deal is not retrospective. The bulk of existing Muppet tv and film is owned by Columbia. This deal does not mean any past Muppet properties are going to change hands, That's not true. Disney IS buying the rights to the entire library of past Mupppet films and TV shows, including "The M...

I have to concur with the previous posters' opinions on Pixel Perfect. It is honestly one of the best movies Disney Channel has come out with in years.

The song with Hilary and Haylie Duff should be fun (they sound very good together), and it'll be interesting to hear the very talented Daniel Bedingfield perform "A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes".

Are you talking about the "Good Morning Miss Bliss" episodes that starred Hayley Mills? That was the show that was reworked to become Saved By the Bell. Thirteen episodes of it aired on the Disney Channel in 1989. The episodes from that show were later shown on SBTB as "flashback"...

I can't wait to see Freaky Friday. The word-of-mouth on it so far is very good, and it currently has an 89% on RottenTomatoes. I'd love for Disney to release both the original Freaky Friday and the new one in a special 2-disc DVD release. Other studios have done that when releasing remakes to DVD, s...

Uh, hey guys... the Disney Channel DOES show regular ads like every other network. They haven't been a pay channel for years. They show ads for other Disney Channel shows right now. In the not-so-distant future they'll be showing ads for other company's products, like every other basic cable network.

Well, it's pretty well known in industry circles that Disney Channel will have to become a full-fledged ad-supported network within the next few years, and the constant commercials, while redundant now, are getting viewers prepared for the day when they show regular ads like every other network. Btw...

Clever, happy series about a woman who lives in an apartment or house with a big Umbrella tree with puppet charecters Iggy (an Iguana), Gloria (a gopher), and I believe Jake ( a Blue Jay). New September releases - Good news for 70s Disney fans!

Word from a well-connected poster on another board is that DVDs of "The Apple Dumpling Gang", "Escape to Witch Mountain" and "Return to Witch Mountain" are being released in September.
