I picked this up at Best Buy a few weeks ago for $5.00 on DVD - just to get the vintage Snow White poster - and I think the only way I would buy a new version of this would be if they released it on Blu-Ray.

Just went to the Disney store and picked up my copy that I pre-ordered - unfortunately they only had it in the DVD packaging - so I then went to Best Buy to get the Blu-Ray packaging which is what I wanted in the first place. Now I have to throw the other one on Ebay.

I hope they are doing lithos for this release at the Disney store - they didn't with Pinocchio but they did have them for the Sleeping Beauty Blu-Ray release.

I'll just skip this and go for the blu-ray when it comes down from among high to mingle with DVD prices. You can usually find "Hairspray" on Blu-Ray at a decent price anymore...I believe Amazon has it for less than $20.00 - the two disc DVD is $24.49 - so the Blu-Ray is cheaper. It's well...

The version with the two BDs and one DVD inside of a DVD case seems to be Disney's way of tricking customers into buying the BD. Even as a supporter of Blu-ray, I find this distasteful.
