Saw it, and... Well, I'm not the biggest Britney fan at all... but, that video is incredible. Especially the transformation at the end. I'm really surprised, but hopefully this brilliant twist is her apology for some things she's said that she probably wishes she could take back...
Agreed!Lazario wrote: Saw it, and... Well, I'm not the biggest Britney fan at all... but, that video is incredible. Especially the transformation at the end.

If you watch the entire interview, it's pretty evident that she's just trying to avoid stirring up any political controversy. She never flat-out says "I'm a right-winged nutjob!" She just gives a short, but sweet answer to keep herself from being criticized.Lazario wrote:I'm really surprised, but hopefully this brilliant twist is her apology for some things she's said that she probably wishes she could take back...

It's actually a really cute interview.

"She's Back and More Fab Forever".............................not hardly. This thorn in the side of the music industry should just go away and be done with her fifteen minutes of fame. Both she and her sister are NOT role models for today's teenagers, and why anyone thinks they are is beyond me.
Looking in today's newspaper I was surprised to see an ad for Britney Spears in Concert in Kansas City. Ticket prices are: $149.75 to $549.75. If she was that good, she would price her tickets so that her true 'tweeny-boppers' could afford to go see her. I will be danged if I am mortgaging my home just so my granddaughters can go see Britney Spears in concert.
There are plenty of potholes in the road to fame, and she should just fall in one deep enough so no one will ever hear of her again.
Goodbye Britney!!!!!

I kind of agree.
The part of me that doesn't agree just wants to see her push more dance records and music videos instead of trying to tour herself back up to being the Pop Princess she used to be. It's official: those days are over. She got really skanky and could have even died, who knows. She should have been ashamed of herself and her behavior and I doubt she was. I like her new image, but she's crazier than she ever was if she thinks she can pretend that all the "crazy $h!t" didn't go down.
It's posing for anyone else, as well, to pretend that she's back to being her old self. Doesn't mean she can't make good music.

meh, no one needs a role model in Hollywood, I mean how lame are you if you actually look up to pop artists rather than your parents or your God?
ANYWAY!!!
I saw her in Houston this monday and she was just as amazing as ever. I was expecting her not dance as much as she used to but wow. I couldn't believe I saw her live, she's an amazing performer and that's all that matters. Yes she lip-syncs, but hey, you expected that before you got your ticket, you go see her perform and play with her special effects, dancers, and acrobats. There's something about Britney that makes people love her; she may have a screwed up past, a questionable family, and attract trouble, but you pay for her music and her performance, not her problems. She's just awesome.

I saw Britney a few weeks ago - she looked great and put on an AMAZING show! So far, she's sold out every show on this tour. The opening number was fantastic and the crowd ROARED when she appeared - it was pretty amazing. I hope that she does a 2nd leg because I'm there! The stage was innovative, and this was definitely one of the best pop concerts i've been to - and i've been to many. I also loved the montage of her career at the end of the show - it's great to relive the past 10 years.

This was my favorite tour from Britney, and i've seen them all. I don't know what it was, it could have had a lot to do with the fact that it had been so long since i've seen her - it just made it that much better....but it was so much fun. The "Circus" theme worked well, and "Touch of my hand"/"Breathe On Me" were HOT! The whole Cirque thing they had going on was a nice touch. One of the best pop shows i've ever been to.rs_milo_whatever wrote:The Break The Ice Remix? SO HOT! Aw man, I still can't believe I saw this woman.

How deep in debt did your parents go to get you tickets to see Miss Spears in concert?? I haven't seen prices below $100 anywhere on net for her shows. That is just insane to expect sane people to shell out that much money for a "used-to-be"!!!
If you call what she does dancing, I am sorry. Fred Astaire, Gene Kelly, Ginger Rogers, Cyd Charisse..............now those were dancers.
Sorry, but Britney should just go away and enjoy what life she has left. I won't be spending any of my hard-earned money on anything to do with her.

I payed 50 dollars for very good seats. And she may not be the newest artist but she is most definitely not a has-been. She may not have the dance moves of a 17 year old anymore but that's because she's not a 17 year old anymore. That was ten years and two kids ago. I admit to have expected less than Britney Spears-worthy dancing, but she still has it, she even stretched her leg above her head at one point which made me wonder if she somehow teleported her kids out of her body. She is still very relevant, she's actually #2 on twitter right now, Womanizer went number one and broke the record for climbing the fastest up the sale charts on itunes, and all her tour has been sold out (our tickets were the best seats we could get 2 minutes after they went on sale) and that doesn't happen to a has-been, that rarely happens to an artist of today, the Pussycat Dolls opened for them and they just had a world-wide tour as well. And I know you secretely enjoy some ...Oops I Did It Again

How long did it take tickets to sell out? I never bothered looking for a ticket since I figured they'd be expensive and hard to get (when I got my ticket for Miley Cyrus' tour, Bobby and I were on separate computers, and it probably took over half an hour (it could've been more like an hour, I don't remember now) of trying, and I was just looking for one ticket)...if I had more money, maybe I would've looked, but I knew that Jonas Brothers would be touring and would rather see them, lol. But I'm glad to hear that everyone has been having fun seeing her tour! I'd like to see her in concert someday...but not as much as I'd like to see my even-more-favorite artists again.

My cousin and her friends took either a computer or a phone. The tickets went on sale at 11:00 and they got a hold of a receptionist at 11:02. Everything had already been sold, except for pretty much the back rows, we told them that we didn't mind being separated (we were six) but the lady told us that even like that those were the closest tickets we would find.

What was everyone's favorite video from this era? I LOVED "Circus" - the way it was shot was great.

Tickets usually sell out instantly but as shows grow near, seats open up for many reasons - really, if you can't get anything on the on-sale date - don't ever stop looking - you never know what ticketmaster will have available even a day before the show.blackcauldron85 wrote:How long did it take tickets to sell out?
