Cheap Disney in Asda

They have some cheap Disney DVDs in my local Asda in Corby.

Titles like Saludos Amigos, Three Cabralleros, Atlantis 2, etc for £4.97

None of the biggies but might fill the gap in someone's collection

I got all my treasures from play.com for those prices. Donald came today, in a big box with bubble wrap and everything.....was very impressed with that. Just why couldnt they do this with Mickey Mouse In Living Colour? Then it wouldnt have a dent at the bottom. :( Just Silly Symphonies to get...

Yeah, it wouldn't make any sense if they released a 1 disc platinum, then all the other UK platinums have been 2 disc. Well, all the platinum editions in Norway has been 2-discs, except Cinderella, which looks like it will be a 1-disc release. That's a shame as the only bonus you'll probably get is...

Disney are the only company that I can think of who do delete their DVDs after a short period. The really annoying thing is that they fail to see that they have a constantly developing market as there are always new children who want to see the films. Why don't they just release each film as a singl...

http://www.widescreen.org/commentaries/2001_04_apr.shtml There's a link from the article to allow you to see some of the scenes with Sunflower. In the case of Sunflower I think they are right to remove the character. Though maybe they should have included the scenes as Deleted Scenes with a relevan...

I wouldn't be surprised if there are two releases.

A 1-disc with the film in Fullscreen format and 2-disc with Widescreen format since the film is in Cinemascope.

Surely there'll be a Leonard Maltin introduction where he explains that the Italian restaurant owners sterotypical dialect was humour of the time and not intended to cause offence. We can look back on this film and realise how far we have come.

Oh well, i'll know tomorrow  I got mine early saturday, it...

The film has been banned on the Isle Of Portland. A gentleman from the isle was on the radio today and explained how the word rabbit is extremely taboo there. Therefore a film with the title Curse of the Were Rabbit is considered in very bad taste http://www.weymouth.gov.uk/main.asp?svid=7&svaid...

Unbelievable. Thanks for the tip. I actually went to www.play.com, because the postage is free from there, and paid £6.99 and £5.99. I guess they're being discontinued shortly ? Or was it poor sales ?
