That would be both Susie AND Casey Bats Again missing. I still wonder what got into Disney or Leonard Maltin when these two were not included on the Rarities set. Figaro and Cleo, on the other hand, can be found on Pluto vol 2. Thank you, I thought I saw figaro and cleo somewhere recently but I con...

This would complete the classic Donald shorts, but also I *think* this would complete all the theatrical shorts (not educational shorts or other things like von drake world of disney shows, etc., but I *THINK* that with this all of the classic theatrical shorts will be on the treasures. WAIT a secon...

PEOPLE AND PLACES: DISNEYLAND U.S.A. I have this on vhs tape and I really like it - it is a color version of some of the early disneyland footage that was shown on the disneyland tv show in black and white. I think this is actually bad news. I would of liked to seen all of the People and Places. I ...

to me, the whole point of the ending of the jungle book is that mowgli followed the girl to the man village. He was making a choice to leave the jungle, and the world he knew there and the friends and family he had, to be a human and live with people. If he could just come and go back and forth betw...

somebody in marketing decided that they were tired of rectangular metal boxes and would rather have round ones. To backup 2099net's point, humphreybear, your points are somewhat valid, but the Treasures were only around for 5 years! That's not even half a generation! I just don't understand the men...

The tins are completely different from the different waves. In R1, The tins from the wave of silly symphonies volume one have the number stamped on them. The back is sort of printed on. There is a band with the title around them. (I think this is all correct, I am going off memory). In R1, the tins ...

Along these lines, I tend to agree with Netty that usually a company doesn't discontinue something unless it is a poor seller. (If you were satisfied with sales, why would you discontinue it?) Perhaps the WDTs were not meeting expectations and they felt a new launch with a fresh packaging angle was...

I was in my local Disney Store in Sothampton this week, and discovered that they had Pater Pan: Special Edition stock in! At first I thought they were relaunching Disney Heros, but nope! Its Peter Pan alright! At the moment, it mostly has action figures, dress-up and snowglobes. The Wendy plush toy...

they market aristocrats hard to little girls. They have a demographic the movie appeals to that they an market plush and toys and clothes for. They market aristocrats much more than robin hood or fox and hound.

are these going to be two-disc sets like the true-life adventures?

Even with a documentary and a stills gallery, it is hard to see how a short like Destino could be two-discs. And the disneyland secrets was originally to be one dvd. So I wonder.
