And the censorship sucks as well...and the fact that it is gonna be a single disc.
Why do disney releases suck so much? I mean look how other studios treat their films; the difference is more than evident.
Make Mine Music and Melody time is released in Europe, at least in the Scandinavian countrys. Unedited and in English, they have subtitles but you can choose not to use them. Saludos Amigos and Three Caballeros is also released but I dont' know if they are unedited.steve wrote:That would be great for us in Europe - Make Mine Music was never released on DVD over here...Wonder if we'll get a MELODY TIME/MAKE MINE MUSIC 2 pack next ?
We have Melody Time in the UK and Ireland (unedited!), but Make Mine Music was never released here. Saludos Amigos is cut here too, though.Make Mine Music and Melody time is released in Europe, at least in the Scandinavian countrys. I did find one bonus. Disney Movie Rewards is offering double the points for a limited time. So you get 150 points rather than 75. Offer is good until June 2, 2008.Barbossa wrote:So the DVD comes out tomorrow. Any specific in-store bonuses planned for this one or not? Will Wal-mart have any bonus with it?
I was really disappointed to see that it was only worth 75 points, but then I was happy when I found out it was up for double points!Barbossa wrote:I did find one bonus. My god, doesn't anyone read the front page or the reviews anymore?diego14_1992 wrote:are there any good inserts inside?
Anyway, the documentary Walt and El Grupo looks really interesting based on the site and trailer that Fella provided. I'd really like to see it, but it's not playing near Jersey. I'm hoping Disney does release it on DVD, it would make an excellent third-disc (or second-disc for anyone buying the re-release) for the Latin American films. And since it'll likely be a more AnimationFan/DisneyHistorian/DVDCollector oriented title, maybe we'll get some decent bonus features and perhaps they'll include the EAC laserdisc material for SA/TTC that were unceremoniously left off of the re-release.In Luke's Review which was posted ten days ago on the front page, he wrote:Two in-case inserts provide a Disney Movie Rewards code and scene selections, while also finding room for print ads.
