Maybe that's your problem - you expect that every single person who exercises their right to free speech must also be a physical activist too. It's not going to happen. This is America, land of complainers. Get used to it.dvdjunkie wrote:Lazario, you offer all of these beliefs and digs against everything I say, but yet you offer no solution.
You do a lot of bitching yourself with no end in sight as well as no apparent solution. Or your solution is for everyone to shut up. But, you know what? You're not shutting up. The right wing isn't shutting up. So, I think I deserve to have my goddamned say. I never said I was anything more than a concerned citizen. And you'd better believe what I think counts. People don't need solutions to be able to vote (who do you think you are, Ann Coulter?), and we sure as hell don't need them to express our opinions. It may sound stupid to you. But you have a choice not to respond to it. 'Tis the American way. Great, ain't it? You have the right to take a little of your own medicine. And it's a real jerk thing to do to tell me to pipe down.
We've been through this before. You do what you do, I do what I do. In fact, you shouldn't have even replied - I know all your tricks. Remember? We had a long series of PM's (before they were outlawed like Billy the Kid, or whoever).
God you must think you're clever. Does this get you high? Do you get-off on this?dvdjunkie wrote:Just like most "left-wing bomb throwers" you criticize and complain, but offer no proposed solutions to the situations.
Okay - ignore those. I have a much better question... If you prefer the "right-wing bomb throwers"...
When they attack people, what solutions do they offer? When they attack gay people for instance, all they've got is "the bible told me so." Wow, real proof there. Except, that's their interpretation of it. Which is the same as an opinion - no real facts to back it up. And their solution? Take away rights and kill / destroy. That's their solution for everything - which is the same as no solution at all, it just creates a bigger problem. The Left Wing has the same amount of solutions as the Right Wing. Only when they attack people on the basis of character, they often use some true intelligence when doing so.
Although... that's just my opinion. You can disagree when ready.

Oh Junk, you already know what I think of radical Christians. You don't want to go-there.dvdjunkie wrote:So here are three things that Ms. O'Donnell has said that I would like you to comment on and offer what you think would be the solution:
1. Rosie compared "radical" Christians to Muslim Terrorists.
What is this about, abortion? Don't you know most topics that segue into abortion get locked. Tsk-tsk.dvdjunkie wrote:2. Announced that NO American Catholic should be allowed to be a Judge because of the Church's doctrine on abortion.
Well, I'm no scholarly expert on treason, and you know quite well how I speak from the common-man's point of view... But I'd have to say Bush commits treason when he decides important decisions in the nation should be decided upon the basis of his religious beliefs... on that basis alone, he's a treasonous s.o.b. So since in most people's eyes, that's the least of all his evils, you can pretty much fill in the rest of the blanks by yourself.dvdjunkie wrote:3. Openly accused President Bush of committing treason.
Don't make me give you the eyeroll smiley.
They sure as hell do.dvdjunkie wrote:Do these sound like a sane person's rants?
What beating have they taken? A dip in viewership for Phil of the Future? Fewer ticket sales for that Meet the Robinsons (or whatever) movie? Please.dvdjunkie wrote:The Disney company was tired of taking a beating
Sure. Uh-huh. Oh wait, did you say something?dvdjunkie wrote:and after her rant Friday night, even Peter Pan couldn't save her, they have decided to part company.
And she has people like you who patronize her.dvdjunkie wrote:Will Rosie go away. I think not. There are a lot of people who like her, and there are some people who loathe her. She is a total freak of nature who will succeed in spite of her mouth, and will always have those who support her beliefs, however right or wrong they may be.
