Re: Disneyland Abu Dhabi
Yep the UAE (as other arab countries) is known for their slave system, apart from misogyny and lgbtphobia But gay fans will be safe, the UAE are known for being money hungry, so they prefer money over their ethics (lgbtphobia) If it was Qatar it would be a different story, they're worse, in the Worl...

Re: Disneyland Abu Dhabi
This is so strange. Disney was willing to alienate half of the US by going head to head with the Florida governor but then they go ahead and open a new park in a country where it's literally illegal to be gay and people are imprisoned for being gay. I personally won't be going to this park, it will...

Re: 2026 WDAS
So a Disney Filipino movie and a Pixar Romani movie for 2026
I hope they do them justice because as a Spaniard (and North african, and also romani but that's on the spanish side) Wish (2023) didn't represented me AT ALL

Re: Lilo & Stitch (Live-Action)
Lilo and Stitch is probably my favorite Disney animation movie, I have so much love for this movie (first time I went to a cinema) But god the hawaii scenes look so soulless, the surf and wave visuals are so damn colorless and grey There are countless of hawaii movies and shows that have the islands...

Re: Lilo & Stitch (Live-Action)
They should have casted a blonde german actress for Lilo, everybody knows Polynesian actors are not good  I didn't say anything like that so don't be populist. If they are not able to find an actress that can make a good Job they could then find another one with physical's similarities. It see...

Re: Lilo & Stitch (Live-Action)
The original Lilo is really charismatic so in my opinion they could have never find a girl to make something so good as the animated one. And there is also the problem about them searching for only Hawaian people. I know that some people are going to get angry about what I'm going to say but in my ...

Re: Lilo & Stitch (Live-Action)
Yea, I see that point brought up a lot, seems lot of people dont get or accept the point the joke. Like Stitch doesn't pass as a dog but they still maintained that in the live action If they're going to make them human at least they could have respected the crossdressing/fem aspect, they are litera...

Re: Lilo & Stitch (Live-Action)
I'm glad Jumba and Pleakley will be "disguised" as humans. I don't think "aliens in costumes" will work in a realistic live action environment. The literal JOKE is that they can't pass Like Roger Smith being a grey alien with no nose and a wig It's a fantasy movie, why can't we ...

Re: Snow White (Live-Action)
Rachel Zegler hating Trump is actually a good thing  Also she has never been, implied or said anything in relation to Hamas, she hasn't even talked about any type of armed resistance in general It's funny because Rachel is a very sofa activist, she just said Free Palestine and posted a couple ...

Re: Lilo & Stitch (Live-Action)
The hawaii scenes look visually so ugly, the surf scene????? Grey color grading Nani doesn't look at all like Nani, you can easily tell the actress has a bad spray tanning (very easy to notice) Also they changed the white fat tourist to a local hawaiian man, I guess Disney doesn't want white america...

Re: Snow White (Live-Action)
The movie was very normal, don't understand the hate, its equally as mediocre as the other live action, the only one truly bad is Mulan that ignores the animated movie completely (no Mushu or songs) Rachel and Gal do a fine job (don't understand why people say it's Gal worse role, it's clearly just ...

Re: Lilo & Stitch (Live-Action)
Fans use to dedicate more time and effort because they love what they are doing. They love the characters and try to make it justice. Disney employees are working for money so they don't actually care too much if the final design is not as good as the one made by fans. Luckily sometimes Disney use ...

Re: End of woke Disney?
Saying "I think this movie was bad" vs. "Well, I thought it was amazing," or "The costumes were gorgeous" vs. "Those were the cheapest costumes I've ever seen" are examples of differing opinions. But complaining that movies today are awful simply because stud...
