Does anybody know when do we get the art cover for Pirates of the Caribbean dvd ?

No, Mgm WILL NOT distribute Disney movies like Anchor Bay did. They will just distribute some titles Disney get the rights like Prizzi's honor for exemple.
So Return to Oz could, at least, become a real Disney dvd. Let's hope soon.

Now you have just to buy the same again on dvd for better picture, not pan&scan versions, bonus material and new cover art (if Disney does want to make real good editions) : that's what I am doing...

In fact Captain Hook 4 of your most wanted titles are already available on dvd but sadly some are barebones/fullscreen editions or Anchor Bay dvds (arrrrrgh !). Back in 1997, Disney like other majors was not sure in the success of the dvd format so they didn't make such a big investment for titles w...

and sadly no french language track or subtitle in the Paramount dvd.
None of each edition are quite perfect.

Dragonslayer WILL NOT be a Disney dvd in USA. This movie was co-produced with Paramount (like Popeye) and Disney just has the rights for international release. So it's a Paramount dvd. By the way, I noticed Dragonslayer is not in the official Disney Feature films list...and Popeye too.

All are in original theatrical aspect ratio and 16x9 anamorphic except Darby O'Gill (Full Screen 1.33:1 aspect ratio, 4x3) and Dragonslayer (2.35:1 but non-anamophic transfer 4x3 !). Languages are English 5.1/French audio and English/French subtitles. There is absolutely NO bonus materials.
