http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v96/albygoot/tjbpe2.jpg I actually really like this cover. One of the best so far, comparing it to the other covers this one really stands out. I also agree with DisneyKid about the 40 Anniversary logo. It doesnt bother me having it there but they should make some d...

In regards of the october 2008 platinum release i would assume, and much want it to, be Pinocchio. After that it be nice to see Fantasia and Sleeping Beauty instead of starting with snow white again. It really doesnt nmatter for me after since all major animated classic cartoons are to be released b...

I'm not sure if we had this topic already but either way. My opinion is that all those banners or labels or whatever they're called its just a name to seel the product, I agree that it should go back to the regular "Special Edition". Even though I don't mind anniversary edition but "N...

I agree with everyone's comments that so far this doesn't sound convincing for adult audiences. But also said previously, Disney company does not acknowledge adult audiences. It is rather obvious that disney had the intentions of re-releasing the many adventures of winnie the pooh for its 30th anniv...

I agree that disney has come up with the most childish names in their last releases as well as cutting to only a one disc instead of 2 disc, I assume the naming is because of advertisment is aimed at children and family... I guess we can't complain at least they are releasing their films. As for me ...

For me, Ironically it was Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs a couple of months after its DVD release. Some random guy out side a 7 eleven sold the platinum edition to my dad. I watched it and I was in awe to see the bonus content (since I was a huge Disney/disney animation fan as a kid). Then I found ...

Yeah I'm pretty sure it will, if fox in the hound and robbin hood got a "special edition" (even if they werent a 2-disc) Im pretty sure the sword in the stone will get one. I just wish there was some kind of schedule like the platinum editions, it kills me not knowing when are movies such ...

Best Buy and Disney.

I bought the collector edition just 2 months ago on special from Best buy. Now a special edition is coming out. I feel forced to buy it because of the slip cover. Should I buy it? Why does Disney have to do this? :x  To make us waste our money, I think Best buy must of known about it being re-...

Will lesser known movies get a 2-disc set?

DO any of you guys think that movies like The Aristocats, sword in the stone, The Black Cauldron, and The Rescuers down under will get a 2-disc edition? I doubted that they would but in second thought i realised that they might since Disney did re-released all of its movies in VHS. Just like the VHS...
