Unfortunately no. I too am a stickler for subtitles, and my hearing is fine. It's just that these things should be a requirement, and I applaud Paramount, Fox, and Universal for doing it, whereas nearly everyone else doesn't.azul017 wrote:- Do any of the extras have optional subtitles? (I'm a stickler for this kind of thing, but I'll get it if it doesn't anyway.)
It's the revolting translucent stuff. Pity too, as the disc art is quite gorgeous.azul017 wrote:- On the actual disc art, do they have that revolting translucent stuff Disney's been using or is it silkscreened to maintain continuity with the first film's DVD set?
Nope, still goes through the warnings and disclaimers. I find it easier simply to go to Scene Selection, and starting at Chapter Two, then going back a chapter. On some DVDs, selecting Chapter One will still go to the warnings, so I don't bother taking my chances.azul017 wrote:- And finally, I heard that when the "play" option is enabled for the film, it promptly starts the movie immediately (without the FBI warnings and disclaimers), is that true as well?
Yep, got it first day. Was *ecstatic* when I found out "Pirates Around The World" was a trailer gallery! I was expecting a featurette about international dubbing or more location footage, but was soooo much happier when I found trailers!MickeyMouseboy wrote:did anyone get the best buy 3rd disc with theatrical trailer and teaser, photo gallery, behind the scenes and on location?
