The soundtrack tracklist has been revealed. No score tracks are included, so I don't think there are big spoilers here. It's a shame the score is not featured in it at all, though, but perhaps there'll be a Deluxe Edition and the score tracks will be there.

It seems it's true the film has eight new original songs. We now know the titles of Moana's crew song ("What Could Be Better Than This?") and Matangi's ("Get Lost"). "Beyond" has a reprise and Maui has a second song called "Mana Vavau," which he performs along with Rachel House (Gramma Tala) and Opetaia Foa'i (I guess probably as Moana's ancestor Matai Vasa, who he voiced in the original and we know has a bigger role in the sequel).
In fact, Opetaia Foa'i, his daughter Olivia and his band Te Vaka have a lot of songs this time around. Apparently, the film features new versions of "We Know the Way" (sung along with Auli'i), "Tulou Tagaloa" and "Innocent Warrior." The latter now has a new title ("My Wish For You"), so perhaps it'll get new English lyrics. They also perform "Tuputupu (The Feast)," which seems to be a
preexisting song, new titles "Finding the Way" and its reprise and "Nuku O Kaiga," plus the end credit version of "We’re Back."

Interesting they used Auli'i instead of a pop singer, but it sounds terrific!!!
Yes, it's interesting. They did it, for example, in the
Aladdin remake where Naomi Scott performed the end credit version of "Speechless," but it's not very common. I like it too, it sounds better now that we can listen to the full song in English with the chorus, accompaniment and all.
