I checked the guest list for Jimmy Fallon and Kimmel for next week and none of the Wish cast were listed to appear so most likely they will appear on the week of release.

Actually, Ariana DeBose will be on The View on Tuesday (my birthday) and on Seth Meyers on Wednesday.

I'm still not totally feeling the song, but I'm really glad that Ariana is finally able to step into the spotlight. She reads like a genuine Disney fan, and I can only imagine being one of the select few who actually get to be in the Disney glow yet NOT be allowed to take the victory lap.

Do interviews with the cast of a movie help promote a movie? I thought I'd ask because Ariana and Chris are set to do interviews and Disney has been ramping up on promotional material for Wish and I think because of the now-ended SAG-AFTRA strike, actors couldn't do interviews or attend premieres or something like that.

That, and I know that at Haunted Mansion's premiere, the stars of the film didn't attend due to the strike and I doubt they did any interviews, which didn't help the film's BO performance.

From 6:37 to 7:52 I think they were playing the instrumental of Knowing What I know Now. It sounds like a final battle music which is cool.

It reminds me a bit of the music in Mulan. I'm curious to hear the full song. By the way, the full little animation of Star and Tinker Bell can be seen in that video at this point. Star is shown visiting other Disney films throughout the video, though those moments don't feature new animation. Disney has also posted drawings of Star dressed as several classic Disney characters.

Who's planning on seeing the movie on the 18th?

I was originally planning to wait and see if my immediate family and I would see it when we visit my sister, brother-in-law, nephew and niece over Thanksgiving, but it would probably be tight in terms of timing. Don’t ask why.

But yeah, I think I’m definitely going to the early screening on Saturday.

That was my first thought as well, that it sounded like something out of High School Musical. I'm personally not a fan of that kind of music, so you can imagine how I feel about the song.

Really? As for me, I don`t dislike that kind of music, but the thing is that I don`t see them in the Disney Fairy Tale Universe. Such songs usually feels too slight to be in a Disney Universe and therefore not particularly suitable. However, it doesn`t mean that songs that aren`t Broadway shouldn`t be in Disney animated features. They just need to work within that universe.
