You would think that since it wasn't successfull at the box office, that Disney would want to put more on the DVD to make people feel better about a blind buy.

Only the films that did great at the box office gets a slipcover.
I don't think that Home on the Range deserves a slipcover so I don't think it came with one.

Lion King 2: Simba's Pride didn't get a slipcover but Lion King 1 1/2 did but that was because they wanted you to think it was all that great.
