I doubt there's going to be a new anthem. In Indonesia and Thailand, they've even released music videos covering the song "Hall of Fame" for the "Dream Big, Princess" campaign. I think that's just going to be it.bruno_wbt wrote:I hope the new anthem is like "If you can dream", with all the princesses singing the new song together.
This thought //literally// just came to mind, but maybe they changed Pocahontas's necklace because it's blue, and Moana has a blue gem necklace in her movie (presumably also of family significance?)Atlantica wrote: Shame they removed Pocahontas' necklace though, considering the significance of it in the film.
That's too bad...Sotiris wrote:I doubt there's going to be a new anthem. I think it was just a week or so ago I was saying in the Moana thread that the baby princesses in every new Disney movie seemed mostly like a long-term merchandise-related decision, and here we are.bruno_wbt wrote:There's a new franchise coming next year called "Disney Princess Beginnings"

I hate that too. I like to see them in different designs and color schemes rather than the same outfit over and over.Disney's Divinity wrote: As for Belle, I hate the baby versions that keep the same clothes...like they've been wearing the same outfit for 18 years repeatedly.
Actually, that's an idea I had for the musical version of Disney's Cinderella I'm working on.blackcauldron85 wrote:Mayby little Cindy had a thing for playing in the fireplace?

Really? Their necklaces aren't that alike and the blues within them are reversed.Warm Regards wrote:This thought //literally// just came to mind, but maybe they changed Pocahontas's necklace because it's blue, and Moana has a blue gem necklace in her movie (presumably also of family significance?)
Thank you! Yea, I've got ideas for it, little parts of songs recorded on a sound recorder, it will be less animal character stuff and more human characters stuff, more on Cindy and the Prince's love, and I hope to pitch it to Disney. It won't happen for a long time, but who knows, someday my dream of it may come true.blackcauldron85 wrote:Disney Duster wrote:Actually, that's an idea I had for the musical version of Disney's Cinderella I'm working on.![]()

It takes place in 850 Iraq so it would have been newly Islamic. I'm not a fan of the costume at all though. I understand that the original is very revealing and can be difficult to wear in the parks, but they had so many other better options than this which looks nothing like her. The purple dress she wears as well as the purple outfit from the end of the film are more covered up, have skirts that make her more princessy, but still look like her. Her portrait in the Princess Hall is basically the purple dress but in blue so they should have used that design. Even her redesign would have worked better with the skirts and maybe the addition of her poofy sleeves.PatrickvD wrote:She looks like she's on her way to the mosque. Isn't Aladdin taking place in a pre-Islamic Middle east? It's fine to me if clothing is historically accurate but can we please have them look the way they did in the film a little? This might as well be any random background character in the movie.
It would be weird the other way around as well if Aurora for example had her arms exposed.
