Best Villains
Maleficent & The Coachman (Pinocchio). Does The Headless Horseman count as a villain? In any case he is one of the truly scariest!
In addition to Tony Jay's incredible voice work, I think DisneyKid summed up my reasons for rating Frollo as my favorite.
No face as hideous as my face was ever meant for Heaven's Light.

Lets see I am not a big Villan fan really but mostley becasue when I was younger I had feared most villians. The scariest villian in my opinion is the three horned king. He really scares me I am pretty sure thats why I havent watched it after the first viewing he just creeped me out. But my favorite villians is big toss up. I like Maleficent she has everything I think a villian should have and when I was younger she scared me but no she is so appealing. Although I think Jafar is really cool creepy but not totaly intimdating. And even Ursala she is pretty cool her death is the only thinkg that scared me about her and how twisted she was. and Hades well he is just funny I think its a different approach to what a villian should be and who can forget Isma *Scary beyond all reason*. Basically I like a little part of most villians and now that I think about it I could go on for a while. Lol but dont worry I wont
.

I love the villains that Disney creates. They actually make you scared (I guess if you were a kid, though some still frighten me on my giant screen I'll admit
), not like the stuff they spoon out to kids now. I don't know which ones are my favorites, but I do know that Scar, Ursula, Cruella, Frollo, Jafar, and a lot more did do what villains do best. There were some weak villains though, I'll have to think about that. Oh, I also like the Horned King..I think someone brought that up!

My all-time favorite villain is Maleficent, but I must point out that, by far, the most realistically evil villain is the evil stepmother from Cinderella. It seems like only a very small step from the ordinary to envision her cruel treatment of Cinderella. Her domestic favoratism for her own children is not only a normal emotion, but it is carried to the extreme. Another realistic villain I like is Frollo, who must deal with his own deamons and guilt over past sins. He is also incredibly true-to-life.

I like it when the villains are strong enough to propel a story that can totally engulf the viewer in fantasy- a sinister villain with fantasic powers. That's exactly what Maleficent does.

Your top five favorite Disney Villains! It's that time again
Here are my favorite enfant terribles, in order:
1) Prince John (Robin Hood) - Disney's most fabulous, hilarious, thumb sucking character voiced by the awesome Peter Ustinov. Has some of the best lines of all time.
2) Professor Ratigan (The great mouse detective) - Really now, who can argue with Vincent Price? Brilliant, flamboyant performance by the great horror icon. Again, served with some priceless lines of dialogue.
3) The horned king (The black cauldron - Even though it's a pretty one dimensional character, the voice acting by John Hurt (My favorite actor of all time by the way) is hauntingly beautiful. CAULDRON BORN!
4) Captain Hook (Peter Pan) - Deliciously drawn, awesome rivalry between him, Peter Pan and off course the croc, and has a great voice.
5) Pinocchio ensemble (Honest John, Stromboli, Gideon, Monstro, Coach man) - What a great set of villains eh!
Note, I can't stand any disney film after the great mouse detective, no, not even the fab four (its art style and musical choices totally rub me the wrong way, the way the love stories are handled etc etc and basically they're all alike), but I know I'm in the minority with this. So sorry if I don't have your favorite villains included in my top 5, heh!
Now, time for yours!

My favourite Disney villains
This is my favourite Disney villain list in order:
1. Professor Ratigan (The great mouse detective): This guy I love most! He sings well and plays harp. He has a good skill for people. If there’s anybody he dislikes he don’t show any hesitation to feed these people to his cat. And he makes clever plans to get high profit and power. Ratigan, I love you!
2. Captain Hook (Peter Pan): You are a true gentleman! I like your whole style of presentation. You are a very good leader. You have a good style of punishment too. You gained my sympathies on the scene on the film “Hook” in which you put a pirate you dislike for his behaviour in a box with scorpions! But you are only a villain in your role as Disney character. In private life you are a very good person!
3. The Sheriff of Nottingham (Robin Hood): I love your style to get money from the people. You do it very nice and gentle. With you, every government has no sorrow to get taxes.
4. Shire Khan (The Jungle Book): I love your royal appearance. You belong to the clever one! You have control on your temper, and you think about your situation before you take action.
5. The queen in Snow White (Snow White and the seven dwarfs): I understand you very well that this young lady Snow White has overwhelmed your own beauty. Yes, you are beauty! Ask you mirror! And don’t forget to discipline him! Get rid of this impertinent Snow White!
We see each other in my private Halloween party!

Hmmmm..... i'd go with:
1 & 2) Maleficent and the Evil Queen are fighting for this spot on my list. Maleficent is probably the most powerful villain, but the Queen has so much style!!! That black sweeping cloak and giant white collar look so cool!!!
3) Probably Ursula here. No particular reason - I just like her.
4)I'd most likely put Madam Mim here - don't know why - i just like her too.
5) Maybe Jafar - but i'm a little undecided
