I think James Pasierbowicz is just a kid, so I'm guessing he just does a bit part of extra voice acting.
I checked his IMDB page and he's in a ridiculous amount of high profile movies from 2011 to 2014. Transcendence, Frozen, Turbo, Catching Fire, Les Misérables, Texas Chainsaw 3D, Hop, Mars Needs Moms, The Muppets 2 and How To Train Your Dragon 2.
I think he and his family are actively pushing him into the business so every walk-on role he's done or is auditioning for has been updated on his page.
So in conclusion, I don't think the role of a major character like Hans will go to this unknown.
Hi guys!! I did a fan art of Elsa about a week or two ago, based on the Rotoscoper's video description, I sent it to them by e-mail, and Morgan gave me a deeper description of Elsa. So, I did another fan art (very rough, even the background is the one from the concept art we've already seen), and here it is!!!
Morgan told me she's pretty much like the one I've drawed. I'm sure the original one is amazing!! Can't wait to see her =D
So, thanks to Morgan and the Rotoscopers team to help us imagine how she looks!! =)

She does look somewhat younger than Anna when she is supposed to be older.

Disney may have relied on his "Nine Old Men" of animation, but now the studio has a woman co-directing its next animated fairytale, "Frozen." Jennifer Lee, who co-wrote "Wreck-It Ralph," came from live action and reflects what Millstein calls "a feeling that anything is possible."
With its sophisticated atmospheric effects, "Frozen" will also showcase Disney's renewed commitment to technical R&D.

I'm jumping up and down with excitement over this film, it's sad to think that I'm more than likely going to have to wait more than a year till I can see it
Wreck it Ralph doesn't release over here in the UK until February (as many of you already know), I know it's only three months later than the US but that three months is a LONG three months when your looking forward to seeing something! My expectations are really high for Frozen, I sort of have this feeling that it is going to be a huge hit for Disney! I guess we will have to wait and see, guess that it mainly me keeping my fingers crossed that it's a success!
^I agree. Disney has done incredibly well adapting classic fairy tales into films and I have a feeling that with PatF, Tangled and WIR, they're really outdoing themselves with every release.
I liked Tangled a lot but something tells me Frozen is gonna be better.
Is it me or does the present take on fairy tales feel a little different from the 90's way of doing them?I am just saying I have a different sorta of feel coming from Princess And the Frog,Tangled,and Frozen.I have a feeling its probably a reconstruction of the old forumula during the 90's Renessiance.It can also be the fact that Disney is doing diverse set of projects that are both fairy tale and other sources based.I just like that we go from fairty tales to a video game movie then to fairy tales again then to a movie based on a obscure superhero comic.The current era seems to be a mix of 90's fantasy based musical style movies with the 00's diverse and often deviant movies without any songs.
