Another staffer said the studio is doing the project with a relatively lean crew; the staffer also thinks that more hires will be made later in the year to meet the full-steam-ahead production schedule.

"They're fine-tuning the first act, getting character relationships set up right and getting the characters as empathetic as possible. Acts two and three are pretty well together. They just want to make sure everytning is set up so that it pays off ...
I saw some rough animation on a "comedy relief" character who looks as though he's going to be hysterically funny. There's lot of work to do, and as one artist said to me, for they next nine or ten months everybody will be "very focused."
Uhm.. I don't think they could even if they wanted to at this point. As you read in Sotiris' link:RodryCroft wrote:God!! Why are they keeping this movie so hidden!!! I don't think a teaser trailer like the one of Rapunzel with the tower with a couple of lines will kill them!!! =(
They're doing tests on characters and environments. It'll be a while before we see teaser or a trailer. We'll just have to be patient and live off of snippets of news like this. And you know.... tweets... and stuff...Steve Hulett wrote:Today at the Hat Building, the lighting department was cranking up for a concentrated production schedule on Frozen:

Yes, I know that =( it's just I thought they had the film more advanced than that, with final shots and stuff. Well.... here we'll be as always, waiting for the miracle xDPatrickvD wrote:Uhm.. Well, Disney and Pixar are different studios, I believe they have their own resources for their films.Kyle wrote:In the behind the scenes for Brave they talked about this advanced simulation they had in place for snow that barely got used. Think its the same system? Its gotta be, right? I mean, why let it go to waste?
I'm pretty sure tech is shared between the two (see Rapunzel / Merida's hair)RodryCroft wrote:Well, Disney and Pixar are different studios, I believe they have their own resources for their films.Kyle wrote:In the behind the scenes for Brave they talked about this advanced simulation they had in place for snow that barely got used. Maybe they give feedback to each other, since "Disney+Pixar" are kind of from the same family, but GIVE their own achievements... I don't think so, Disney will have a team in charge of the snow like the one they had for Rapunzel's hair
Your avatar and sig. That image look new where you find it? where can i see the full image of that?RodryCroft wrote:God!! Why are they keeping this movie so hidden!!! I don't think a teaser trailer like the one of Rapunzel with the tower with a couple of lines will kill them!!! =(
Oooooh! Nice!Sotiris wrote:It's fan-art. He drew it himself. Here it is in full. It's quite nice I might add.Super Aurora wrote:Your avatar and sig. That image look new where you find it? where can i see the full image of that?
Compare Mother Gother - MeridaKyle wrote: I'm not sure about the Rapunzel/Merida hair though, being so vastly different in texure and vulume Im not sure how well they could have adapted that long straight hair in to something shorter curlier with a lot of bounce to it. And ends up looking more like an oil painting versus silk.
That's a fan art I made a few days ago =)Super Aurora wrote:Your avatar and sig. That image look new where you find it? where can i see the full image of that?RodryCroft wrote:God!! You can't do that with a picture though.Sky Syndrome wrote:Because coloring the spoiler white works fine.Lnds500 wrote:Why doesn't this forum have spoiler tags!!![]()
Such as the poll thing not working since the whole Google Hell thing occurred. Perhaps posting this suggestion in the Feedback section might be a good idea or email Luke. He's very busy now a days since I think he might be the only one doing the reviews though hopefully I'm wrong.Super Aurora wrote:You can't do that with a picture though.Sky Syndrome wrote: Because coloring the spoiler white works fine.
spoiler tags still would be welcoming. this forum sucks in terms of functions it provides
