In this transaction, the Company purchased Sony Pictures participation in Spider-Man merchandising, while at the same time, Sony Pictures purchased from the Company our participation in Spider-Man films. This transaction will allow the Company to control and fully benefit from all Spider-Man merchandising activity, while Sony Pictures will continue to produce and distribute Spider-Man films.

I have to fully agree with you. Everything I've seen so far makes it feel more like "Twilight" and less like "Spider-Man." No thank you!jpanimation wrote:Looks terrible. As crazy as it is, I’m more looking forward to the Ultimate Spider-Man animated series then this. Which is weird, because nothing I’ve heard about that show has even hinted at it being good.

The percentage of positive means nothing. You have to look at the average rating to really get an idea of what critics think. Look at Toy Story 3 and How to Train Your Dragon. One has 99% fresh and the other has 98% fresh, so you would assume that critics felt both movies were equally good...right? Not quite, as a closer look reveals one had an average rating of 8.8/10 while the other had an average rating of 7.9/10. Or how about Bolt and The Princess and the Frog? The former has 88% positive with a 7.2/10 average while the later has an 84% positive with an 7.3/10 average. Does that even make sense to you? This is just two examples, as sometimes the gap is even larger. High percentage of positive means nothing. Then again, all this is moot, since I don't give a shit what critics think.
