I gave away nearly all of my VHS's as I upgraded to DVD, starting about ten years ago. I simply didn't have the room and was thankful that DVD took up so much less space.
Funny that this topic was just brought up though, since this past week I picked up a few VHS titles at a garage sale, including Beauty and the Beast (still shrinkwrapped with store stickers!), Aladdin, Cinderella, and Sleeping Beauty, all black diamond releases.

I picked up a few other releases too, like Life With Mickey (gold case), the Farewell Season of the Main Street Electrical Parade (which I'd never seen before), and Pete's Dragon.
It's kinda weird how they're not worth much of anything, but it's pretty cool to have the old artwork and such.
