If wave 3 is confirmed, then I guess I will try to land Lotso sometime soon after I find a job (assuming I do). I figure if they are continuing, we're sure to get Stinky Pete at least. I hope Lotso doesn't become hard to find before I can get him though. Actually, I really haven't seen him lately.
And, I'm probably going out tomorrow, er, today, so has anyone seen the harmonica yet? I have no idea yet even where to look. Anyone know if these are at Toys R Us, and if so, what section? Or how about any other stores? The nearest Toys R Us for me isn't that close...

Hey, so I checked out Toys R Us, two in fact, and I now have a Woody's Round Up harmonica! It is actually a pain in the butt to get to a Toys R Us when you live in south Austin, so one day I drove the long drive North to a really awesome one with tons of selection I never had seen at other Toys R Us stores, but they still didn't have the harmonica. But, right now I'm down at my parents' house, which is in a city 5 hours south of Austin, and they had some here! So, I bought one today. Only thing is, around here you never can find one with the packaging in very good shape. The only I got is in pretty good shape, but not perfect on close inspection, same as with my Woody's Round Up guitar. Oh well, I'm just happy to finally have it. And now I'm done until they release the next wave. Holding off on Lotso, but ya never know what I'll decide between now and then, IF I find a job and am able to move to a bigger apartment with my own bedroom. THEN I may get Lotso without waiting to see if the other villains get made as well, but I can't say for sure.
Anyways, right now I'm looking for something a little off topic: The Ty Beanie Babies of Jeanette and Eleanor, the chipettes. If anyone sees those in stores, please let me know. They're already all over Ebay, but I haven't seen them in stores, and they would complete my collection. I have checked a lot of Cracker Barrels, but no luck yet, but I'd like to know if anyone does run across them in a Cracker Barrel. I HAVE seen the older Chipmunk releases there (including Brittany), but these two just came out.

If I was to get the Chatterphone, and I don't plan on it, I'd get the classic version like in the film. I THINK they sell it at Target. Anyway, that's interesting about those pre-order Buzz and Woody figs. Did they just come up with those styles out of nothing? I mean, there's no story behind them? I've seen Woody in a similar outfit before, but I think it was just fan art. I wonder if the artist knew about these dolls, or figures, or whatever they are. Well, I have a Christmas Woody and a Christmas Buzz, and those are the only non-Toy Story Collection ones I'll be interested in keeping I think, unless they make Halloween versions or other holidays. Too bad my Christmas ones don't have the much improved face sculpts of the newer toys. Well, Woody at least. Buzz doesn't look THAT different.

Have any of you heard of the Beauty and the Beast replicas they are supposed to be coming out with at the Disney Stores? They are limited edition replicas of Lumiere, Cogsworth, and Mrs. Potts and Chip (and perhaps the other teacups in a set), and will be actual working devices. For example, Cogsworth will be a real, working clock. They are actually supposed to be under $100 each too, though probably not by a lot. I thought they were supposed to come out this month, but I don't see them on Ebay yet. Then again, I only looked up Lumiere. I no longer live near a Disney Store, either, just KINDA near an outlet one. *sigh* But, anyway, the reason I mention this is because with these coming out (and I really hope I'm able to get these), and after having made a great Hamm, you'd think they might have a try at a real Bo Peep too. Maybe it's possible it will happen as a Disney Store exclusive after all...

The prices are a bit out of my league though.

Wow, they're out already, huh? Yeah, they're out of my league too, and I'm still trying to find a job and down to just enough money to put gas in my car one more time, ha. I have been earning a little in commissions and trying to save up to preorder the redheaded Freddie Moore sculpture, and kind of figuring on using my small income on art commissions to get the other sculptures I've long been wanting (mostly from Electric Tiki and WDCC) but I really want these too... *sigh* It will be interesting to see what I'm able to get when all is said and done, and if these will ever turn up on Ebay or in the Disney Store Outlet near me. I am maybe less than an hour away from one in San Marcos, TX, but I miss having a non-outlet Disney Store nearby. There was one in my home town. Of course, both the stores and outlets seem to focus on the kids merchandise almost entirely lately. I often find nothing of interest, though lately they have been carrying clearance items from the Disneyland theme park at the outlet, and I did pick up some of those (a fridge magnet set of the four park lands in retro style, plus main street and Tinkerbell, an Indiana Jones mug, and a couple of holiday themed pins).enigmawing wrote:I stumbled across them online yesterday!slave2moonlight wrote:Have any of you heard of the Beauty and the Beast replicas they are supposed to be coming out with at the Disney Stores?
