UP is 2 for 2 in the Golden Globes

I am happy with Up winning the Best Animated Feature award. It greatly deserved it as it was the best of all the nominees.

The Princess and the Frog was a nice return to traditional animation for Disney, but it was not near the greatness of Beauty and the Beast or Aladdin

Coraline did have nice visuals and animation and was amusing at times, but there were times where it dragged on too long.

Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs was the least deserving of the bunch by far. It was average, but not award material.

I cannot comment on Fantastic Mr Fox as I have not seen it yet (May blind-buy it when it comes out)

i personally thought the Up did deserve the award for best animated movie. not because of the money it made either. it is story telling and animation at it's best just like all Pixar movies. they are the best in the business and if they have dominated that award is because they deserve it.
