The Snow White you speak of is one of several pieces pulled off my account by dA because they were considered to be "inappropriate." I lost it when my hard drive crashed last year so I'll have to dig around online for it (I know I've posted it elsewhere too and that a few of my friends would have it saved). Oh yeah, and I guess it would be even more inappropriate to post here than dA.

I think what got me the most was that the other girl bragged about how she'd worked so hard and had studied the PatF trailer to get the face just right. 
As I was saying in my dA journal, I really don't want to make a big deal about this, but it's pretty sad that she feels entitled to upload this thing a second time and pretend nothing happened. Sorry, just needed to vent a little. I actually love it when people use my artwork as an inspiration, but it's another thing altogether when people trace something and claim it as their own. You didn't put it in Scraps because you didn't like how it came out. You it it in Scraps so people stopped pointing out you stole enigmawing's artwork.
If you are going to TRACE someone's art to make it your own personal paperdoll, give credit to the original artist at the VERY least. Otherwise you are nothing more than a fraud

But most of the Tiana mermaids I've seen are based on the green dress (which makes sense of course, it's more organic and better suited to a mermaid) but I decided to go more toward the feel and formality of the blue dress since its original design is such a favorite of mine.
