Disney Family Classic titles listed:

These appear to be re-packaged versions (in spiffy gold plastic boxes) of the old DVDs--no new special features. The cover art on all the titles is fantastic though.Kirben wrote:More delayed titles:

Hey there, not sure if this is of any interest or borderline spammage, but here is my review for Pocahontas: Musical Masterpiece Edition:
http://www.dvdbits.com/reviews.asp?id=3626
Are fairly pointless edition if you own the 2-Disc, but it gave me a chance to review the film from a 2009 point of view.

Just ask. JB or especially Borders are likely to have it somewhere in their network. I recently picked up the collectors edition Dinosaur this way and I also got my 2-Disc copies of Pocahontas, Tarzan, Mary Poppins and Mulan from them when they were all out of print in late 2007.yukitora wrote:thanks for the review postage. dang i wish i bought the 2-disc that one rare time i found it at jb!
(I was going to complain about them leaving all the features off the Dinosaur Blu but Dinosaur's commentary was so boring! "this shot we used this, this and this. This shot was taken, here, here and here. We had to do color correction on this one... Never give a whole movie to a visual effects house!)

Those Marvel titles have been listed in Coming Soon section at EzyDVD web site, for awhile now. The Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment web site isn't been updated much lately, still waiting for the April 2010 releases.
Disney are continuing to rip off the local market, by splitting the sets (from Region 1). and selling the individual discs.

I'm surprised there were no DVD releases for Handy Manny or Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, several DVD volumes of both series have been classified by the OFLC in the last few months.Haddad28 wrote:Buena Vista Home Entertainment has updated the site again with it's May releases.
Dumbo was recently classified by the OFLC for a Blu-Ray release, so hopefully the wait won't be too long.Haddad28 wrote:And if Dumbo will be released the same time as the US, or even sold here at all
