Here's something else I don't think I remembered to mention, but they're high on my wish list:
All the Disney TV shows: MMC (all three versions plus Mouseketeers go to Walt Disney World, which could also work on a Walt Disney World themed treasures set), Honey, I Shrunk the Kids the TV Show (one of my all-time favorite shows), Mouse Factory, the Love Bug series, Zorro, anything from the classic Disney Channel and even some shows from the current Disney Channel, but especially the rest of Lizzie McGuire!!! And perhaps there is some more efficient way than the Treasures sets to release the anthology show in bulk...
And, of course, the animated shows: The rest of Gargoyles, Gummi Bears, DuckTales, TaleSpin, Darkwing Duck, Rescue Rangers, AND the whole shows of Little Mermaid, Lilo and Stitch, Aladdin, Timon and Pumbaa, Emperor's New School, Quack Pack, Brandy and Mr. Whiskers, Kim Possible, Legend of Tarzan, Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, Shnookums and Meat, Bonkers, Goof Troop, House of Mouse, Mickey Mouse Works, Wuzzles, Raw Toonage, Marsupilami, Hercules, Proud Family, New Adv. of Winnie the Pooh, Jungle Cubs, 101 Dalmatians, and... did I forget anything?
Less important to me are the other shows that are just crappy looking or about kids in school and stuff, though some I would still buy, like Recess, Lloyd in Space, Fillmore, and Doug. Those were pretty good. Maybe some of the others, though I didn't like all of them.
As for stuff already out that I want, first, I want all the animated stuff I've missed (in Blu-Ray when available): Home on the Range, Valiant, The Wild, Meet the Robinsons, Atlantis: Milo's Return, Leroy and Stitch, Belle's Magical World, Mulan 2, Springtime with Roo, Pooh: Seasons of Giving, Spookable/Frankenpooh, the Pooh Valentine DVD, Kim Possible: A Stitch In Time and the Villain Files, the Small World of Fun DVD that has the Starkeeper short, and the Chip 'n' Dale DVD if their shorts don't make it onto a Treasures set. Also, the Princess Stories DVDs if they Little Mermaid and Aladdin shows never get a DVD release, and same with any other TV show episode compilations, animated OR live-action, like the various Pooh ones, Phill of the Future, MMC, and the 3rd and 4th volumes of Lizzie McGuire.
I also need to get all the Disney Blu-Rays that have been released, though I still need a Blu-Ray player (saving up for a PS3). I do have the Hannah Concert and Nightmare Before Christmas on Blu-Ray though.
As for live-action Disney, I still need at least half of what has been released. Some I am most eager to get are: Pollyanna, Swiss Family Robinson, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Toby Tyler, The Dexter Riley trilogy, Absent Minded Professor, Rocketeer, Newsies, the Halloweentown movies, That Dan Cat (original), the Honey I Shrunk the Kids movies, Happiest Millionaire (I have the Anchor Bay versions though), the Ugly Dachshund, the Mighty Ducks movies, Heavyweights, Million Dollar Duck, the Escape to Witch Mountain movies (in their separate releases), and a lot more...
And as for the rereleased animation of late, I do want to get the newest edition of Dumbo and probably the Aristocats since they are better than the editions I have, as I understand it. I'm under the impression that Robin Hood and Fox and the Hound aren't really worth upgrading from the Gold Collection releases though...

Yep. I probably should've mentioned that too! The three and Lifeboat will be available separately (as Lifeboat's been on DVD since 2005 anyway), but the other four are boxset-exclusives.merlinjones wrote:RE: Notorious, Spellbound and Rebecca: >>All three are being released in the "Alfred Hitchcock - Premiere Collection" boxset from MGM and Fox.<<
Great news! Will they also be available separately?

I would definitely buy "Kids, Incorporated" and "Mickey Mouse Club", because they're, like, my favorite shows EVER! There was a recent rumor that "Kids, Incorporated" might get a DVD release, but I'll believe it when I see it.
I'd like the Disney Channel TV shows to get DVD releases, mostly "Flash Forward", "Ready or Not" (those 2 were Canadian, so I'm surprised that some non-Disney company hasn't released them yet), "The Torkelsons", "The Torkelsons: Almost Home", "The Famous Jett Jackson", "Bug Juice" (very unlikely, I think, to be released), the 2nd season of "Lizzie McGuire", "That's So Raven", "Phil of the Future", "Hannah Montana" (which is coming), "Cory in the House", and "Wizards of Waverly Place". lol, that's a long list.

Song of the South... (Well, duhh!)
The 100 Lives of Black Jack Savage TV series
The 90s Love Bug with evil Herbie and Bruce Campbell
Anything that is edited (3 Caballeros, Make Mine Music, etc.,) or in the wrong aspect ratio (Honey, I Shrunk the Kids and sequels.)
The rest of The Swamp Fox (Elfego Baca as well, if it wasn't complete.) Also any other partially released sets like that.

Oh,I see your point,I change itGoofyGoofyGoofy wrote:I'd just like to say that the original title for this thread was "Disney DVDs do you want", which can be interpreted in two ways:PeterPanfan wrote:Ariel'sprince, you do know all of those have been released, correct?
1. DVDs you want released in the future
2. DVDs already released that you don't have, but want
I changed the title to reflect the first interpretation. However - enigmawing and Ariel'sprince's posts are fine - they are technically DVDs they want.

- All the Disney treasures sets in REGION 2 CODE!
Thus far, only 4 Disney treasures DVD sets have appeared in region 2: Silly Symphonies prt 1, Mickey Mouse in living colors part 1 and 2, Donald Duck part 1.
What on earth is keeping Disney form bringing out More Silly symphonies, Disney rarities, In the frontline etc. for the European market??
They are practicallly forcing fans to buy a multiregion DVD-player. (which big stores for electronics are not allowed to sell!)
O.k, I know this discussion belongs in the international DVD board.

Agree I we are looking for the shorts or the show included not the tin.GoofyGoofyGoofy wrote:They should re-release the Walt Disney Treasures DVDs without the pointless tins - that's why they're rare and expensive ($80 for The Complete Goofy on Amazon)!
Der Fuehrer's Face is the greatest Donald Duck cartoon ever made.

Well, a lot of people LOVE the tins and I don't think they're really what drives the prices up since I've seen CHEAP DVD releases come in tins.Heil Donald Duck wrote:Agree I we are looking for the shorts or the show included not the tin.GoofyGoofyGoofy wrote:They should re-release the Walt Disney Treasures DVDs without the pointless tins - that's why they're rare and expensive ($80 for The Complete Goofy on Amazon)!

It was a Target-exclusive boxset when The Santa Clause 3 came out on DVD. Unfortunately, the boxset was fullscreen only.katielb wrote:I feel like I've seen this before. I'd love to get my hands on this set if it ever came out.Daisy Duck wrote:A package set of all three Santa Clause movies
I'd love for all three films (well, just the first two, the third is useless to me) to get a proper SE treatment (the SE for the first is so upsetting...), with a serious commentary (the SC2 commentary, oy...), making-of featurettes, the trailer, etc.
I'd also love for the material on the Treasures sets to eventually be re-released without having to suffer from line's limitations (two-disc sets, a limited amount made, a limited time on shelves). Like how Warner has (well, had) their Golden Collection sets for Looney Tunes. Would love for thorough multi-disc sets like that made for Disney (with stuff like individual docs on certain shorts, music-only or dialogue-only tracks, general docs focusing on a specific person, etc., vintage docs or interviews done). It may piss off character-centric collectors, but I feel it's a better way to market a varied amount of shorts.

I'm sure that'll turn up when Disney releases an Educational Shorts boxset, complete with other gems such as "Family Planning" (showing how birth control is good) and "VD Attack Plan" (STDs!!)
