Thanks for posting this, Amy! I was wondering when we were going to hear anything new about this show.
The interview was really good and it actually showed footage from the new show (with Kim Rhodes! but she may just be there for the first episode). The actors seemed to be stressing the fact that this wasn't just going to be a rehash of the original "Suite Life...", but just on a cruise ship. It's going to be a totally new show that just happens to have characters we already know from "Suite Life...". I guess it will be like how the DCOM Horse Sense and its sequel Jumping Ship were two totally different things with the same characters. I just hope they don't screw it up and get too comfortable in making a sequel series and just rehash the old story (like TLMII).

Hate this idea. Firstly: the concept of school on a cruise ship is so far fetched its ridiculous. Also why would Mosbey go?
Secondly: No Maddie. Really she is a more memorable and exciting character then Mosbey and she isnt there. Personally I already know I will dislike this show because everything I love about the original series is missing.

Don't forget Breaker High from the old Family Channel, which had Ryan Goslin before he got really really famous.blackcauldron85 wrote:Well, in the mid-to-late '90s, there was a show on USA called USA High that was about students on a cruise ship...Disney Live On wrote: Hate this idea. Brenda Song is in this? Definitely watching it! I'm going to kind of miss Maddie though
Her character was a nice opposite of the not so bright London. Anyways Suit Life is still my favorite DC show, for a while I thought I was more into Hannah, but Suite Life is way funnier! (and Brenda Song is in it) But I also hope it won't just be a rehash of Suit Life just on a ship, so I'm more open to the new characters to see what they will add to the show.
Btw...this pic is BEAUTIFULL!!!!!!!!!!! (oh darn we dont have an emoticon with little heart eyes. guess I'll have to use this symbol <3

Yeah, that's the one I meant! USA High was on either right before Breaker High or right after. My bad!Kram Nebuer wrote:Don't forget Breaker High from the old Family Channel, which had Ryan Goslin before he got really really famous.blackcauldron85 wrote: Well, in the mid-to-late '90s, there was a show on USA called USA High that was about students on a cruise ship...
And, yup, Brenda is in the new show! (Call me Captain Obvious, though, because obviously it's her in the picture...
