I don't think we'll see any more of Rose (I don't really like her character, but Lauren Stamile is indeed a peach, as Kristin Dos Santos said), since Shonda pretty much confirmed that Mer/Der are gonna get back together in the finale, or at least take huge steps towards that.

I think Ava/Rebecca will be the last patient in Mer/Der's clinical trial, since it said in one of the spoilers I read that an important patient would reunite them and that Rebecca is really sick, so yeah, I guess she has a tumor and then the procedure will work out fine and Meredith and McDreamy will get back together and drink their bottle of champagne.

I love the Mark/Hahn/Callie triangle which is definitely something new and I think Brooke Smith has a lot of fun playing that character.

They have to do something about Cristina, though. I feel like they have absolutely no idea what to do with her character and the same goes for George. But I guess Shonda and her team have already great story-lines for Season 5 for all of the characters.

OMFG! That was one friggin' awesome finale.
Absolutely perfect and moving and all those kisses and the clinical trial thing and the ending which was so different from ususal Grey's finales by actually making us happy and still making us feel as if it was the hugest cliff-hanger ever! I cried at the end it was soooo nice to see Meredith "whole and healed" and doing such an unusual thing.
And all the kisses before that, I can't say how beautiful this scene was.
I think this Grey's finale is what great television is made of.
So, I just loved, loved these one and a half hours and I think it reminds us of why we started to love Grey's.
I can't wait for Season 4 to arrive on DVD (which will be on Sept. 9th yay)

I have to admit that I have not seen any of the new episodes since Grey's Anatomy has returned from the strike. My work schedule doesn't allow me to watch it, and I just haven't had the time. With that said, I am still excited to see these episodes, and, I will once the Season 4 DVD is released. Of course, if they are still available online, I might try to catch them over the weekend.
