Okay, so WIST still lives, thanks to PeterPanfan, who provided something so 
that I had to WIST it (thus, making ichabod's WIST #27 one of my shortest-lived ones ever). And don't worry, Julian, I'll have you WIST'ed before I retire it...

Well, The Magic Kingdom has already put up there decorations, as has Tokyo Disneyland. Disneyland' HalloweenTime starts on the 21st, which is when I'm going to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. Cool! I don't have a strict beginning date for Halloween celebrations like I do for Christmas, though it's always by October 1st.
