Exactly! That's exactly why I find him annoying- that, and his voice is more than annoying. It's annoying beyond belief. His voice is a huge turn off. I basically agree with all that you said, other than the comment on his nose. I would like it if it wasn't squeezed looking, but it's squeezed looking.Lazario wrote:The thing that bothers me, other than the fact that 94% of his characters are all the same, is that he's cocky without any reason whatsoever to be. He is not that special. His nose is the only attractive thing about him. His voice is annoying, he almost always plays a snob, a playboy, or some upperclass, stoner-ish, dumbfounded "guy."Chernabog_Rocks wrote:I found it hard to like Owen Wilson
I mean no disrespect to the hurting, but as aforementioned, I am definitely not a fan.
Because he wanted to get away from people like you who think those kind of sentences contain passable grammar.Ariel'sprince wrote:Why Did he done that?.
Sorry. I just needed to say it.

That's hot.

Is that the technical term?Prudence wrote:I basically agree with all that you said, other than the comment on his nose. I would like it if it wasn't squeezed looking, but it's squeezed looking.
It's probably very popular. All over the world people will be visiting plastic surgeons asking them to make their noses squeezed looking. It's a cheap surgery too, they probably just club them square in the face with an iron.

I wouldn't put those surgeries past humanity at all.

Every person in the public eye is going to have websites saying that they hate them, and others saying how much they love them. You have a perfect right to think wahtever you want. Personally, I'm sure the opinions of some random kid on the internet don't matter all that much to him. I kinda think he would have gotten that by now.
"Ta ta ta taaaa! Look at me... I'm a snowman! I'm gonna go stand on someone's lawn if I don't get something to do around here pretty soon!"

Agreed, although I resent being called a kid.SpringHeelJack wrote:Every person in the public eye is going to have websites saying that they hate them, and others saying how much they love them. No offense meant. It was meant more in the general "14 to twenty-something with internet access and opinion" sense than literally calling anyone here a kid. Unless they in fact are.

I think a twentyfive-year-old would likely take offense at being called a kid. Legally speaking, you're not a kid once you hit 18. You're like a young adult or something.

I think Owen Wilson's nose is unique. And really, take a look at him. If nothing else on him is attractive, which I feel is accurate to say, his nose looks good. It's basically not his nose's fault that his persona is so annoying. But it's definitely his fault. Besides, I also heard he's trying to rock that George Clooney bachelor / playboy / badboy thing. Who does he think he is? Or is this just 1 more thing we can blame the sort of Enquisitor-Paparazzi Tabloid Rumor-Nation for? Anyway, as an actor, he allowed movie makers to pigeonhole / typecast him. No matter what part he played in the making of Rushmore, he's proven he's an actor to ignore.
I don't resent being called a kid. There is a certain truth to people well into their 20's not being ready for the real world. But there's nothing we can do about that. People are forced to grow up at a young age. So technically, even real-kids aren't kids anymore.

You may resent it, but legally you ARE a kid until you're 18. So... *shrugs*Prudence wrote:Agreed, although I resent being called a kid.SpringHeelJack wrote:Every person in the public eye is going to have websites saying that they hate them, and others saying how much they love them. I'm sorry - That seems rude to say to someone who probably speaks English as a second language. He is from Israel, according to his location.Prudence wrote:Because he wanted to get away from people like you who think those kind of sentences contain passable grammar.

As for Owen, I like him in certain things, and even if I didn't I was surprised after I read the news. Get well soon, Owen.
