Lost Moves to 10?!
By Kristin Veitch
Dec 5, 2006 5:31 PM
Could Lost really be moving to 10 p.m. on Wednesdays? That's the word from sources close to ABC, who tell me the network is considering a new Wednesday-night lineup, which will be launched—in part—Jan. 3.
Word is, ABC intends to premiere The Knights of Prosperity (the return of Donal Logue, baby!) and In Case of Emergency at 9 and 9:30, respectively, on that first Wednesday of the new year. Two weeks later, Fox brings back American Idol, and Idol has been known to swamp the Lost island in the ratings. So, according to insiders, ABC is planning to move Lost to 10 p.m. in order pimp out the new comedies and protect our Losties from the big, bad monster of Simon Cowell.
I, for one, am worried about Medium, which could very well become Small if it's up against both CSI: NY and Lost. CSI: NY, meanwhile, is pretty formidable in its own right—it regularly pulls in Lostzilla-size numbers.
But what do you all think? Can you stay up that late? Could this give the producers more freedom to go even darker?

Q&A: Bai Ling Dishes About Her Lost Love! (Spoilers)
By Kristin Veitch
Dec 12, 2006 4:34 PM
The Feb. 7 return of Lost is still a long way off, but a boatload of spoilers from Bai Ling should help tide us over, right? The China-born beauty guests on three upcoming eps of the show, and here she talks about her character's complicated flashback relationship with Matthew Fox's Jack—and precisely what it was like hitting the sheets with Señor Foxy. Meow!
We've got to talk about all things Lost!
Work was a joy. Everyone in the production was so generous, humble and kind. I felt like I was very welcomed by them! Mostly, I worked with Matthew Fox. The three episodes I have, it's very deep. My character says, "I can see who people are."
What can you tell us about your relationship with Jack? What exactly are you going to be doing?
You never know, I might come back. They say on the show they bring people back even when they're dead. I am a very important character in his life; like, his tattoos have something to do with me.
I know you said he was a great kisser.
It was funny, when we were shooting the scene, we didn't know each other. He is very handsome and very kind—very much a gentleman. It's kind of nervous doing those love scenes, but it was really fun, [even though] I was kind of embarrassed. We both had a mutual understanding to just go for it. Sometimes I'm on top of him, sometimes he's on top of me. I asked him, "Can I do what I want?" and he said, "Sure, you can do whatever you want." I didn't want to offend him, but after he said that I went with what I felt.
Can you give us a character name?
Achara, a-c-h—I don't know how to spell it. It's a name I had never heard; it was hard for me to pronounce. But, you know, what is funny about my part...she seduces him, and she's really forward, and she behaves the way she wants, which is really beautiful. It's very healthy and honest and very powerful, in a way.
So, what's the backstory?
We're lovers, but I am kind of a mystery to him. He doesn't really know me. I don't allow him to visit me, I don't allow him to know what I really do—we're together, we sleep together, we hang out together, we're lovers. And there is a mystery, he never knows what I do. There is also a psychological twist and betrayal.
Are you contracted to do any episodes outside of the three?
No, they haven't now, but they are going to see. Hopefully, I come back. I want to, because Lost is a really fun project. I think it is a lot better than the movies I have done. The writing is beautiful, and you really get to know the characters, and not just on the surface, which I really appreciate.

More from Watch with Kristen ...
From Elka: Any definite word yet on whether Matthew Fox is getting killed off of Lost?
I hope you’re sitting down for this, because I have a direct quote from Matthew Fox himself, who (during press for We Are Marshall) told our very own E! cameras: "I’m not on Lost anymore. I’m done with that. I’m not going back. And it has nothing to do with my movie career. They killed me off." Beep, beep, BEEP, BEEP!!! Do you hear that? It’s the sound of our B.S. meter going off the charts! To put it plainly, if Matthew Fox says he’s getting killed off, assuredly he is not actually getting killed. Unless…crap…Could he be doing a double-flip mind trip on us? Argh. This show is gonna be the end of me!
From Amy: Got anything on Lost?
Matthew also said, "The most exciting 16 episodes of television are coming up in the spring. And there are going to be so many things that happen. Unfortunately, I can’t tell you any of it." I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Argh.
From marsdrivesasaturn: I know the holiday season tends to be quiet on the TV front, but do you have any Lost news?
I can promise a little love for you continuity fiends: I had dinner with a friend last night who went to a Lost audition about two weeks ago. She was auditioning for a Hurley flashback. They were looking for a reporter to interview him. He was investing his newfound fortune in a Chicken Shack, but a day before the grand opening the place was flattened by a meteor. If you were paying attention during the season two premiere, you remember Hurley mentioning this very meteorite disaster when he was explaining to Jack the numbers are bad!

(Updated) Got Lost Q's? I Know You Do! And I'm Crashing the Show's Headquarters for Answers
By Kristin Veitch
Feb 13, 2007 12:22 PM
[8:21 am update: I just watched tonight's episode of Lost and ohhhhhh...myyyyyyy...God. Let's just say that if what we learn in tonight's episode holds true, we might have an answer to what the entire series has been about. I cannot wait to discuss this one with you! You must watch! No excuses!]
Is there any hope for Jack and Kate? Who is Penny Widmore? Why is Locke in that wheelchair? Who is Sun's baby's daddy? What is up with the Hatchcicle? When will we see Charlie? Is Ben really Alex's father? How is Evangeline Lilly so freaking ripped?
This is just a wee sampling of the burning questions we die-hard fans have when it comes to Lost. And you'll never guess who's headed to the office of executive producer Damon Lindelof this week? Damon Lindelof! And, oh yeah, executive producer Carlton Cuse will be there, too. And...drumroll, please...me! How's that for the best news I've ever heard?!
Carlton and Damon will be the very special inaugural guests of my spanking-new Vine show. The second episode will debut this Monday, right here on E! Online, with all the Carlton and Damon goodness. (You can also watch them during Brunch Buzz, the three-hour block of programming I'm now hosting on E! every Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon.)
But most important, I want to be sure to ask the questions you all really want to know! So, take a minute to email your questions for Damon and Carlton to me at tvdiva@eonline.com, and I will do my best to ask as many as I can.
And do not forget to watch the next episode of Lost tonight (yes, Valentine's Day) because we're finally getting Desmond's backstory and holy Henry Ian Cusick goodness. You do not wanna miss it!

Lost Redux: Are You Freaking Out, or What?!
By Kristin Veitch
Feb 14, 2007 10:02 PM
Yes, that's right—holy freaking, amazingly, explosively, incredible episode! Now that you've seen tonight's Lost installment for yourself, you understand just what all my earlier blubbering was about. What did we learn? What didn't we learn?!
And don't forget, we're about to learn even more, because I am bringing you exclusive scoop from deep inside Lost headquarters—from the big bosses, Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse--this Monday in my new Vine show. So, mark your calendars!
That said, before we go any further, I want to put a BIG, FAT WARNING right here, lest there be any confusion...
IF YOU HAVE NOT YET SEEN TONIGHT'S LOST, DO NOT READ THIS ARTICLE! This redux is a discussion to be held among fans who have already watched the latest episode (the one with Desmond's flashback)—and are trying to pick our brains off the floor.
Now, let's digest what we've learned...
Only Fools Are Enslaved by Time and Space: If this episode is the Lost fulcrum that I think it is—the episode on which everything balances and tips—let it be said that is nothing less than a brilliant stroke on the part of the writers and producers. More than any other single element of the show (sans the island location itself), the flashbacks have always been the key to Lost. After this episode, it would seem that the flashbacks are not merely narrative devices or key memories of the characters but actualities, because, well, only fools are enslaved by time and space. Touché, Damon and Carlton. Touché!
I personally think it's an amazing twist. And here's an interesting tidbit: At Comic-Con last year, one of our trusty WWK interns asked Lindelof about Lost time, and he responded by autographing her trading card with "Time is on your side," promising this little adage would be fully explained in season three. So, I ask you, what if all along, when Kate walked into a flashback, she was literally jumped into the past, and then later jumped back, when the action picked up on the island? What if our Losties were in control every time they flashed back?! Every match cut, every crossover, every Easter egg that appears in both the past and present—what if they are linked into one really real reality that surrounds each of our survivors? And does this mean that when the Losties all figure it out, they can go back and right the wrongs from their past?
Blap. (That's the sound of my brain further exploding and another piece falling on the floor.)
And Desmond—who seemingly has been granted access to the past, present and future—might be the only one who can connect the dots...Great Scot, indeed.
See You in Another Life, Brotha: Holy frak! Is Charlie done for? Is there any reality in which Dominic Monaghan could be killed off this show? Can the Losties change what appears to be his preordained smushing at the hands of fate?
In the "He'll live!" column, I think we can put Charlie's love affair with Claire, Monaghan's Hawaii-based love affair with Evie, the fans' love affair with Dom, the writers' love affair with The Lord of the Rings and Charlie's fabulously dark sense of humor. In the "He's dead!" column goes his off-putting possessiveness of Claire, the absence of a "role" for him in the Island community (has-been back in the world, never-was on the beach) and his tendency to act without thinking.
The good news for Charlie fans is that there's no new Chuckback in the immediate future, so if the show stays true to form, he's safe for the time being. On the other hand, Carlton once said the only rule about flashbacks is that there are no rules, so he could arguably be knocked off in, say, the Claireback scheduled for Mar. 14.
Don't Mistake Coincidence for Fate: Anybody else think the antique-store lady exists on the island, as well as in Desmond's head? Initial speculation had Fionnula Flanagan playing Desmond's mom—but what if she's Benry's mom?! (Just speculating here. Don't sue if she's never heard from again!)
Um, Are The Characters Show-Hopping?!: OMG! Did anyone notice that Desmond's professor friend is also Mohinder Suresh's friend on Heroes?! Could this be a crossover?! We all know Hiro can time travel. Plus, in the last ep of Heroes, they showed a pamplet for Gannon Rent-a-Car, which is totally a fictional company from the Lost world! Also, some of the Heroes writers came from the Lost camp. I smell a conspiracy. A really nerdy yet cool conspiracy! Will Peter's bomb blast the Heroes to Lost island? Just a crazy thought!
Don't Tell Me What I Can't Do: Charles Widmore is at least the third bad dad whose hot daughter has been courted by one of our beloved Lostaways. Charlie had the Xerox salesman, Jin had Mr. Paik and now Desmond has Penny's papa. Why so much with the cock-block? Is it just coincidence?
Run Like the Devil's Chasing You: Charlie's going to need to run exactly that fast when Sawyer finds out he took his porn and gave Desmond the rightfully stolen 60-year Scotch. I'm just sayin'. Actually, we've been told that Charlie's season-two attack on Sun will be exposed. Could that be Sawyer's doing? Hmmm…
(P.S. Love the porn continuity! Remember waaaay back in the beginning of season one? Jack: "What's in the bag?" Sawyer: "Booze, smokes, couple of Playboys. What's in yours?" Jack: "Medicine." Sawyer: "Well, that about sums it up, don't it?" Ha!)
Now, some questions for you screencappers, Photoshop mavens and Lostpedians: Anything telling on Widmore's model boat? What book was Hurley paging through outside Sawyer's tent? And what, oh, what, is the significance of McCutcheon brand Scotch?
And most important, what did you think of this episode, the "game-changer"? I'm dying to know your thoughts (once you've picked up your frontal lobe again). So, please, comment away below (or weigh in on the poll on the main page of this section).
And do not forget to check back Monday for exclusive scoop with Damon and Carlton!

While I like Rowlf's posts to some extent, I have one comment.
Can you be more original instead of quoting other people. Why not just give us a link to this site, and quit taking up space with all of the stuff we could read ourselves. It would take up a lot less space, and probably be more of service to those who really want to know all the 'secrets' of "Lost".
And Rowlf, did you watch the "new" recap show last week? If you didn't you missed a lot of answers to a lot of questions that you have posed in the past. And "The Survivor's Guide" showed us how to look for Easter Eggs each week in the show.

It was on the news tonight (Thursday)........."Lost" viewership down over 40%. ABC is in a panic right now trying to figure out how they can save their best show from becoming another of the early exiters from television.
According to sources at ABC, "Lost" saved ABC from the doldrums of the cellar of the networks in 2004 and had exceeded all expectations of the network. Season Two saw a small dip in viewership, but not enough to alarm the execs st the top. This season they experimented with showing the first sic episodes and then taking a 13-week hiatus to try out a couple of other shows and save the complaints they were receiving about too many reruns of their stylized, serial-soap opera.
According the "Show Business Tonight" "Lost" is lost in the ratings bringing up the rear of the top 50 shows.

We may not have remembered their names ... but we surely won't forget how they died ...

Most of this episode felt like the writers were slapping the audience in the face with all of the "tie-ins". When Boone came asking Nikki if she had a pen I was like, "Seriously?" I like Boone and everything, don't get me wrong, but why did the fake Sawyer and fake Kate have to have a flashback? It was like a waste of an episode!! The Arnzt thing was cool, though. Interesting way to die..you're right. I won't forget that about them. This episode seemed more like an episode of tales from the crypt with it's darkly comedic ending. I think most of the audience was glad to see those two go. It was like America voted and they got kicked out of the tribe!
I DID like how they spent most of the episode on their own, doing their own thing. Honestly, had they been involved with the real "Losties", we would have seen them way before they showed up halfway through the third season.
Unfortunately, for me, "LOST" jumped the shark when Paulo and Nikki (aka fake Sawyer and fake Kate) were randomly popping up with the Losties this year and everyone was acting like they had been there all along. Honestly, the writers should have looked at the failure of the spin-off book series which is about all the other losties....PEOPLE DON'T CARE ABOUT ANY OTHER FLIGHT 815 SURVIVORS, THAN THOSE INTRODUCED IN THE PILOT EPISODE!!!!!! The begining of this season, we explored The Others, now.....let's have a show-down in the works:)
**realizes that he is breathing heavily and worked himself up to a frustration**
Sorry about that, I get a little emotional when it comes to "LOST".
**steps down off the soap box and passes on the wet noodle**

I loved tonights episode. I was super dissapointed during the season premiere when there were suddenly two islanders I had never seen before interacting with the cast like they had been there all along, but I feel like tonights episode made up for it.
I've always found the characters with dark pasts to be the most appealing, so Nikki really appealed to me all throughout the episode. I liked the added mystery about what they had taken from the old guy. The episode teetered on the line of "I love them/I hate them." I kept bouncing back and forth. But man oh man, when Paulo told her that he hid the diamonds so she would need him, it really ripped my heart out. That was pretty incredible for characters that hadn't been explored until this episode. I liked the editing and how it jumped back and forth in time. Most episodes use flashbacks, but I liked how most of the flashbacks were about what they had done on the island. When they revealed that they were paralyzed and not dead, I got chills and when Nikki opened her eyes as the dirt came down, I clasped my hand over my mouth. By the end of the episode, the writers (and great perforances by the actors) had made me want them to live. Very tragic, but it's "Lost." Stuff like this is the whole reason I watch the show. I also loved all the references to guest stars because that's all these characters were. Glorified guest stars. Nikki said "we all know what happens to guest stars" and she was right.
So here are the negatives of tonights episode. I really liked that Boone and Shannon got to come back for cameo's because I was a Boone fan, and became a Shannon fan when Sayid made her nice. It was funny to see her bitching at him again. But did they really need to shell out the cash to replace remnants of the plane crash to film Nikki and Paulo? That scene seemed pretty useless. And the writers tried to write themselves out of every plot hole, but it didn't really work. Dialogue about how the islanders never knew them well and they stuck to themselves made it obvious that there was no creative way around it.
While none of the questions that arose last week were answered, tonight's episode wasn't completely useless in the grand scheme of everything. Julia and Ben were in the hatch WHILE the islanders occupied it!!!!!
And now that Sun knows that Charlie and Sawyer kidnapped her, I wonder where that will lead. I'm really glad that we are returning to the other gang in Others-Ville next week. And oooh! A chick fight over Jack. That oughta be good!

See I've noticed all the negative reaction to the episode and I thought it was genius in every way. I've always been a fan of how Lost does the flashbacks and I especially loved the episode from Season Two about the other islanders from the back of the plane. I loved how it was woven into the already established history of the show, like them being on the radio when Boone called out and so forth.
I really liked how they brought Nikk and Paulo into the older storylines, not really changing up history, just adding them in the background or the thing like with Boone asking for a pen. It's little things like that that make me glad to have kept up with the show.
I'm a fan of Kiele Sanchez, I loved her on "Related" so I was sad to see her go but I enjoyed her backstory and was actually shocked when she wasn't dead and then I was just spazzing out because I have such a fear of being buried alive and watching it happen, especially with her eyes popping open, made me cringe and want to ball up on the floor. It was effective.
I wish that somehow she could have made it but I doubt it. Alot of people have commented how tough it would be to crawl out from under sand, but the sand wasn't compacted down, just tossed lightly over their bodies so you never really know.
Next week looks like a way to make the boys watch, two "hot" girls tied together in wet t-shirts running around the jungle and having cat fights over Jack.

Here are the two previous Watch with Kristen "after show" columns ...
They are very interesting ... I will post them in white ... so highlight it if you want to read em ...
Here is the first one from the Locke-centric ep ... "The Man from Tallahassee"
How awesome was last night's Lost? So awesome that I must immediately break down for you the five holy-crap-that-did-not-just-happen moments:
1. Locke made boat go boom. (!)
2. Sayid told Alex about her mother. (!!)
3. Danielle saw Alex for the first time in 16 years. (!!!)
4. The Others handcuffed Sayid to a swing set. (Hee. That one's just funny.)
5. Locke's father, Anthony Cooper, pushed him through a freaking eighth-story window! (!!!!)
Let me just tell you that the final reveal of why Locke was in that wheelchair (eight stories!) was so unexpected and totally bonkers, I actually leaped off my couch and nearly met the same fate. (Well played, Lost producers. Well played.)
The Rules: Listen to me, kids, and listen good, because this is the new unbreakable rule: When either Ben or Anthony Cooper start to speak, you immediately plug your ears with your fingers and sing "La-la-la-la!" really, really loud. They're both 100-percent lying bastards, and heck, I wouldn't put it past them to be working together right this minute!
The Man from Tallahassee: Ben gave the order to bring out "the man from Tallahassee." And later it was revealed that, OMG, that man is Locke's father, and he's on the freaking island! So, naturally, this has opened a whole big can of worms about whether Locke's father could be the original Sawyer (the one whose scheming resulted in the death of the mother of our Sawyer, James). And it certainly is plausible, 'cause we also learned last night that Anthony perpetrates the same kind of con as Sawyer. And Sawyer, as we learned a looong time ago, perpetrates the same kind of con that resulted in his mother's murder.
That said, what do you guys think about James' plan to kill the original Sawyer? Should he? Can he commit a revenge murder and still be redeemed? Would he be doing a service to the community? I want your thoughts and theories below!
Jack! Come Back! Setting aside the fact that Ben's a creep and would totally have sunk the sub somewhere between the Island and Fiji, it seems that Jack was going to escape the Island and leave the Lostaways to fend for themselves. Does this make him a collaborator? Human? Wise? Brave? Thoughts?
And the Emmy Goes To: Locke may not be a master of Stratergery, but holy crap, can Terry O'Quinn act or what? Honestly, I would pay huge sums of money to see the show where Michael Emerson and Terry O'Quinn sit together in a black-box theater, saying nothing with words and everything with their faces. Stellar.
Easter Eggs, Various and Sundry: "Don't tell me what I can't do!" comes from Locke's first days as a paraplegic. Mr. Widmore and Anthony Cooper both drink McCutcheon whiskey, the Official Whiskey of Evil™. "Mr. Seward" sounds a lot like "Mr. Sawyer." (Also, wait a minute...could Locke be the guy who fell past Hurley's financial planner's office window in "Numbers"? Poof. I think I just blew my mind.)
Danielle Versus Ben Revenge Fantasy of the Week: Danielle walks up to Ben. "My name is Danielle Rousseau. You stole my daughter. Prepare to die." Ben starts with the "Who? Me?" Danielle's reaction reads: "And they say I'm crazy." And then without a word, she just shoots him in the face. Ben dies; Danielle collects her daughter, and they go home holding hands, together with their fabulous hair. The end.
Next Week on Lost: Sun spanks Sawyer. Whoo!
And now from last night's ep ... "Expose"
Spiders. And being buried alive.
Lost somehow managed to tackle both of my greatest phobias in one single episode, and to that I say: Damn you, Damon and Carlton. I couldn't sleep a wink last night. Grrr...
Still, it was an amazing, freakish twist, was it not? And also, all in all, perhaps the most bizarro episode ever of Lost. What was the point? I have no clue. But I still loved every minute of it.
While I was thrilled to see Kiele Sanchez and Rodrigo Santoro (Oi, papi) finally get some sort of storyline, I was all the more excited to see the writers bitch-slap us for making fun of his previous line, which, at the time, seemed so ridiculously stupid: "The toilet still works." And there were diamonds in there?
My only major gripe? I'm actually going to miss Kiele (hot) and Rodrigo (caliente). Oh, and also, how could they not find a better wig for Maggie Grace!? Poor child looked liked she'd been attacked by a mop.
Cheesecake Factory: God love Kiele Sanchez and her fabulous body! I think the show was giving us a little hoochie to make up for Kate, Sun and Claire always wearing, you know, clothes. Also, where do I learn how to do that thing with the swinging around the pole? Is there some sort of class I can take?
Easter Eggs:
* If Mr. LaShade, the good guy of Exposé, is really Cobra, the bad guy of Exposé, and we learn this in season four, do you think we can look forward to one of our "good guys" being revealed as head Other bad guy Jacob in Lost's season four? (Shudder.)
* On, Wisconsin! Ethan was wearing a University of Wisconsin sweatshirt, therefore extending the run of Big 10 schools on this show associated with eeevil. (The DeGroots went to University of Michigan, etc.)
* A little birdie (okay, an email from a reader named Kevin) tells me that Locke was watching an episode of the show Exposé in his ep "The Man from Tallahassee," and that a promo for the show appeared on the TV in Desmond's ep "Flashes Before Your Eyes." Nice.
* Eight hours of paralysis costs $8 million on Craphole Island, which is, of course, brought to you by the numbers 4, 8, 15, 16, 23 and 42.
Christmas Is Coming! If Thanksgiving was two weeks ago, Christmas is right around the corner. And I, for one, am not ashamed to admit I want to see a warm, fuzzy Christmas-around-the-campfire episode. Yes, I'm a big mushy girl. Sue me.
Zombies! Anybody else think that when the zombie season rolls around, we'll all look back on this episode and go, Wow, there's a story basis for the zombies! We'll be all, Hey, remember when Nikki and Paolo were buried alive?! As writer-inner Russell from Lake Wales, Florida, says, "So, Nikki got herself buried, but is she dead? Hand out of the sand, anyone? And how did she keep a flippin' spider alive in a jar for 40-plus days anyway? She couldn't open it to feed it or poke holes in it for air because of the pheremones, etc. I love Sun, but I wish she had clocked Sawyer and not just slapped him. So, was last night's Lost just a fancy 'clip show', or was there anything important we were supposed to get out of it?" Zombies, Russell. I think we were supposed to get zombies out of it—if Nikki can keep a spider alive in a jar for 40-plus days, who knows, maybe the island can keep Nikki and Paolo undead for 40-plus days. See you next season, Corvette!
Next Week on Lost: Wet T-shirt chick fight! Kate and Juliet fight over Jack in the jungle. Meow! And just to calm down those who flew through the roof because I didn't mention the Jack-and-Kate mushiness last week (yes, it was good, and old age is a bitch), let me just say that in my personal opinion, not as a "journalist "(don't laugh when I say that) but as a fan, I hope Kate takes Juliet down in a blaze of glory. There. I said it!
Since everything said on LOST has a way of popping back up ... I think her theory about why they happened to mention about that character on Expose being a bad guy ... the season 4 revelation ... I think it could be true ... but who could it be? Jack ... Locke? ... interesting ...

A little info on next weeks eps ... and upcoming eps ... from Watch with Kristen ...
Next week is a Juliet flashback that has some very important reveals, from what I hear. We'll see how she came to the island, and we'll also get a much better sense of her true intentions. Cannot wait.
I also can tell you that from what I've seen and heard, there will be a pretty major reveal in nearly every episode until this season's finale, so hold onto your seat cushions and reach for that overhead oxygen, Oceanic passengers. It's gonna be a fast landing!

I can't wait. I loved last night's episode. I'm so glad that Jack is finally back with the islanders. And it was funny how Hurley tried to make Sawyer good. Next week's episode sounds fantastic. I love Julia and so another flashback episode devoted to her should be one of the seasons highlights. And judging by the preview, we should get some more info on the others. I wonder where they went...
I'm currently watching and reviewing every Disney film in chronological order. You can follow along at my blog, The Disney Films, and also follow me on Twitter.

I thought this was an interesting thing to post. ABC has decided to end the show in 2010, giving it 3 more seasons with 16 episodes each. They will run consecutively with no pre-emptions or repeats. For the rundown, click the link.

Has anybody else been watching? I can't stop thinking about last night's episode. So much new information about the Other's, but I like that some questions surrounding Ben were answered. And I can't believe that my second favorite character died! John Locke Since some "dead" characters have resurfaced on the island (Desmond, Jack's father, Ben's mother, Echo's brother, and crazy Eyepatch man), I'm hoping that we at least see him a few more times if he doesn't in fact return somehow (if eyepatch guy can do it, so can Locke... and Boone... and Echo... lol).
The preview for next week's episode says that Charlie is going to die (again). I wonder if it will finally happen. I don't want him to die, but they seem to be making it happen for a reason. And I wonder what the islanders have planned for the Other's visit. I'm assuming that will be the bulk of the season finale in two weeks. I LOVE THIS SHOW!

I don't think Locke is dead ... but I did read that 5 were supposed to die ...
Anthony Cooper ... Locke ... Maybe Charlie ... and 2 others? Gosh ... that's crazy ...
I do know someone will die and it will be to sacrifice for the greater good ...
Next week is a Charlie-centric ep ... the finale will be Jack-centric ... we will learn more about the Dharma people ... Also the finale is going to be a "game changer" that the producers are calling "the snake in the mailbox" ... its that good and shocking ...
I am just so confused about this "Jacob" person ... I've been reading online and people are speculating that it is in fact Alvar Hanso ...
And ... what was up with Richard looking exactly the same in the flashback as he does now?
Oh ... and I loved that Marvin Candle was back ...
I am so scared that Jack is going to turn on his Losties ... I think it has been hinted that one of the characters is going to turn ... or has been a part of the Others ... It was hinted in the Paulo/Nikki ep (the script for Expose's fourth season revealed that a main "good" guy was in fact a "bad" guy) ... and now Ben turned on his people (the Dharma Initiative) to be an "Other" or hostile ...
Isn't it funny that the "Others" called the Losties "hostiles" LOL
