Bewitched - I really don't care what people say about this movie, I love it! Will Ferrell and Nicole Kidman are hilarious together, IMO. I also appreciate the fact that the writers didn't take the easy way out by compiling a few episodes of the show into a movie, they actually came up with a story on their own.

I just watched a little bit of The Da Vinci Code. My church had a little meeting that was giving people reasons why they shouldn't see this movie. I questioned whether or not it was a movie I should see, but came to the conclusion that as long as I know that it is a work of fiction, there shouldn't be anything wrong with me seeing it. It's pretty good so far, but it's a bit hard to follow. Tom Hanks did an excellent job as Robert Langdon.

Couple nights ago I was bored and watched a childhood favorite, Space Jam. Although, the truth is when I was young, I would've been entertained at anything as long as it starred Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck.

Unfortunately, rewatching it only taught me that some memories deserved to be buried forever. It was horrible. Everything from the plot, the jokes and music were incredibly outdated, and it's only a decade old. I also still don't like the fact it focuses more on Michael Jordan than the Loony Tunes, seeing as those guys felt incredibly 1-dimensional compared to their Chuck Jones selves.

Thankfully, Loony Tunes: Back In Action was like 100 times better.

Larry the Cable Guy: Health Inspector

Dispite the film's plot, it was ok for me but I laughed myself throughout the entire film. I love Blue Collar TV as much as Larry the Cable Guy and I like how he was inspecting restaurants, having a redneck woman, and such. As far as the redneck jokes, I know that these jokes are kinda gross compared to Ren and Stimpy, but in my opinion, I loved it. It kinda fits the true redneck fashion, especially in Blue Collar TV. I ain't saying that this film sucks, but as long as I love Larry the Cable Guy and Blue Collar TV I loved it.

Night of the Hunter (1955)

Having never seen the film, but being very familiar with the 'LOVE' and 'HATE' tatoos, I finally sat down to watch this. What a masterpiece! Light years ahead of its time, some of the shots in this film - directed by actor Charles Laughton - look like music videos of the last ten years. Take the children sailing down the river in the boat, for example, especially when the camera peers through a very stylised spider-web. It is all very stylised and surreal, and the use of light and shadow is truly creepy. I can only imagine what kind of fuss this would have caused at the time, especially given the central character is a murdering 'preacher' who is terrorising some children. Robert Mitchum in the lead is, as always, brilliant.

I understand it cause very little fuss, and very few people actually saw it. It was a flop. Again, another film that time allows people to revalue and correct the mistakes of the past.

Gone with the wind!!! I so adore this movie, and Vivien Leigh's portrayal of Scarlett. And I love the costumes.

Our 5th hour teacher put The Bourne Identity on. I found it boring as she put it on halfway into the movie.

Well, it's not a movie but it's not a TV show either. Anyhow I watched The League Of Gentlemen Are Behind You! recorded live on stage!

Well, what can I say. The League are, in my mind, the best comedy act in Britain today. Not only are they clever and inventive, but they have a twisted dark sense of humour which just tickles my funnybone. But most importantly, they refuse to let their act or characters become stale.

They are, and perhaps will forever, be trapped by their Royston Vasey creations, but they have doggedly resused to become nothing but simple catchphrases - take note Lucas and Walliams!

Series 1 and 2 of their TV show was basically sketch based. Then they did their superb Christmas special - an homage to the partwork British horror films of the early 70s and still, I feel, their best work. Then they did their narrative based third series which showed the lead-up to an event from 6 different perspectives, then they did their excellent post-modern film The League of Gentlemen's Apocalypse which allowed them to make three of their characters more three dimensional. All were, of course, hilariously funny.

And now... we get a live show in two acts. The first act being sketch based, but putting new and unexpected twists on beloved characters - check out Pam Doove (which also has the best line "Olli couldn't be here for obvious reasons!") But the second act... the second act is sublime - its a proper pantomime, with all the pantomime conventions, but with all the League of Gentlemen's characters. I cannot recommend this enough to fans - and it just shows how lazy Lucas and Walliams are with their increasingly predictable Little Britain.
