Congrats Escapay, I knew you were gonna win because everyone (like me) loves your WTF and WIST quotes... awesome! Especially the quote I did about the time machine. :D

Way to go, Escapay! That's certainly a well-earned award, in my opinion. :D

Oh, and yay for China! ;)

Congratulations, Kuya on your signatures! I never understood them, but hey I guess everybody else does!

Lol, yeah his acceptance speech will be delayed since he currently does not have access to the internet as often as he used to. He's either shopping at Downtown Disney, eating a sandwich from Earl, watching a movie, playing in the parks, or working at the parks. It's hard to get a hold of him these days!
Hmmmmm (calls him up b/c I know he's off!)...well, he's golfing right now! :( He said he'll post tomorrow.

While we are waiting, let's all watch the pink elephants on page 5 or that great video Aaron posted! Thanks for posting, that was super awesome! I wish they'd bring those shows to the US parks. It'd be a great show for MGM! I always wondered why the international (okay, well the asia park shows) have most of the songs in English when most (or maybe some) don't understand it. I always thought since it's Japanese cast members, they'd sing in Japanese.

I think Krystal has been a little busy lately, but fortunately we have Oda Mae Brown on hand to channel her from last year's ceremony, where she presented the same award last year.

Oda Mae Brown: Joining us live (from a year ago, sort of like the new Reeves-Bullock movie) to present the award for Poll/Game of the Year, please welcome RJKD23!

-------

Polls. Games. Those are what entertains the UD members. We've seen
so many polls and games arise this year and the participation in them
by members has increased! But out of all polls and games, five have
been specially selected by you, the members. Maybe because we find
out what the favorites of other members are or even what they spend
their money on weekly! Regardless, the chosen five or rather, the
nominees are...

The "What Does It Mean" Game by Luke
Theme Parks Survivor - Disneyland Attractions (Sample round provided) by Timon/Pumbaa fan
Touchstone TV Survivor (Sample round provided) by Robin Hood

...And the winner is....

Since Luke seems to have "not enough shelf space", can the award go to the runner-up?

Congratulations Luke for your interesting and fun game!

Congrats Luke! I wonder if I've ever played that game? I know that I voted for the game, I think. I'm not sure, oh well. Congrats!

Thanks everyone! I didn't expect to win a Polls & Games award since I'm rarely there. In some ways, it's a disappointment that my recent contribution to that forum could be deemed the best of any in the past year. But to all those other active threads/multi-round events there, my hats off to you. You make it an active place and a poll or game without any participants is nothing.

With the award for Site Article of the Year, here is Skyler, better known as JiminyCrick91!

---

Every year our humble site gets bigger and better. We have an amazing forum, we always have the latest news and arguably the best Disney-related articles. Just as our site is always getting better, our articles are no exception. Our family has sat down with Jim Brickman, the voice of Cinderella, Don Hahn and Leonard Maltin. We have also been a part of the Happiest Celebration on Earth and been to the Animation Research Library. We have done all this in but one year. So with the promise of more exciting interviews and trips being covered in the next year, I proudly present this year's nominees. The nominees for Site Article of the Year are…

A Chat With Cinderella and Don Hahn by Luke & Renata Joy
Disneyland 50th Anniversary Report, Part I by UD Luke
An Interview with Jim Brickman by Aaron Wallace
An Interview with Leonard Maltin by Luke
A Tour of Disney's Animation Research Library by PlutoRegion1

And the award goes to…………"

Congratulations, PR1! Thanks also to Skyler for a wonderful speech!

Coming up, we've got more red carpet coverage from Joan, another live musical performance, and the award for Forum Event or Breaking News of the Year!
