Yesterday I saw Hercules Gold Collection, and I love this movie, but it looks like a VHS, so I can't wait to see this title on a Special or Anniversary Edition.

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe - Loved it however flawed it may be. I'll elaborate in the screening log thread.

I just watched Aladdin 3 - witch in MHO is the better of the sequals.

Around the World in 80 Days - underperforming at the theaters doesn't mean its a bad movie I've seen this probably about 10 times since I bought it a year ago and watch it with friends when ever possible

Last night watched both Valiant & Sky High with the family. While most don't think much of Valiant, I found it to be a very good movie - the story line (WW2) was great and well done IMHO. I c see where it may not have appealed to families with little kids but it was still very good.

I just watched Bambi THREE times yesterday, though one of those times was with the storyboard meetings track on. It's been at least a decade since I last saw it, so I guess I was making up for lost time. I had forgotten what a lovely story it was. And Bambi's mother getting shot apparently still gets me, which made me feel like a complete dork, but that's beside the point. Now I'm all excited for Bambi II!

Watched Brother Bear with a friend who had never seen it before. I think this is my favorite recent Disney animated film. :)

I saw The Little Mermaid and the only thing that I can say about this movie is that I can't wait to see it completely restored on DVD.

Had time to spare today, so I put in my DVD of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Her voice is still grating, and I decided to just listen to the second half while on the computer.

** I agree with you on that one. While I like the film, I have a hard time watching it very often due to her voice.

Just watched Peter Pan last night. One of my favorite movies- it made me really miss WDW and the Peter Pan ride. I have the LI and can't wait until it gets another release (well, other than the OOP SE). I'd like to see bonus material (and not have to shell out for the SE :P ).

I have just watch Castle in the sky... it is unbelievable how a head this cartoons were and still...
by the way I just realize how Atlantis is like a chip copy of this movie in many ways... well that was already in the decadency of Disney releases I guess...
For your reference and records my native language is Spanish.

Haven't been in this thread for a while. I've seen quite alot of Disney films recently. Since I'm too lazy to write reviews, I'll just give them ratings:

Pinocchio: 10/10
The Incredibles: 10/10
Lady and the Tramp: 8/10
Spirited Away: 8/10(yes castleinthesky, I finally saw it! lol)
The Jungle Book: 9/10
101 Dalmatians: 5/10
Monster's Inc.: 9/10
The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad: 9/10
Treasure Planet: 9/10
The Great Mouse Detective: 7/10

Bambi II

I dunno about most people, but I really enjoyed this. I think I've gotten over the whole "be against Disney sequels". I thought it was good, not to mention the animation was spectacular.

After delays I finally watched the MUPPET MOVIE and I found it was quite enjoyable. I had never seen this one and I was suprised that for its time frame (late 70s) it was very well done.

Yesterday I watched The Lion King Platinum Edition that I just bought. Definitely one of my top two Disney movies. And I'm so happy to have finally upgraded my crappy VHS copy of it.
