Let's Get Dangerous DarkWing Duck Is Coming to DVD

Post by Boogedy Boo »

Look's like Disney is contining with the Disney Afternoon coming to DVD. Darkwing Duck is following DuckTales & Chip N Dale and is on the way!!! I hope TaleSpin isn't too far behind.

I'm happy that Darkwing Duck is coming! :D

But if you looked at the article....they said "MAYBE The Tick?" So it's still not confirmed. Personally I hope it's Talespin.

DISNEY LOVES ME! THEY REALLY LOVE ME!!! :D

Darkwing Duck is my 2nd favorite D.A. show, just behind DuckTales of course! I guess I just like ducks! :P

The Tick is kinda an odd choice though, I was expecting "The Little Mermaid" to come with the Platinum coming out soon.

I'm expecting "Tail Spin" to come in March 2007 when The Jungle Book is released. It only makes sense doesn't it!

Jake- I know Gummi Bear was Disney's first t.v. show made from the television market, but I'm sorry to say, it just really isn't that popular and I doubt it will get released anytime soon.

I think Bonkers might be next since that show was pulled from Toon Disney about the same time as Duck Tales and Rescue Rangers.. I have no idea about Gummi Bears or Wuzzles I'd pick Gummi's first though..

and they may be holding out on Tale Spin for 2007 or 08 due to the Jungle Book DVD..

or they could put Mighty Ducks on DVD since Disney likes ducks... 8)

Great news, and the fact that it's so early in the year tells me their might be at least one more Disney Afternoon announcement this year.

Though I still wish Goof Troop was a multidisc release.

Talespin, Gummies and Muppet Babies are the only one's I'm holding out for.

Well, its certainly got more adult appeal. All in all, it would by my first choice over any proper Disney animated series other than House of Mouse.

HOUSE OF MOUSE - whyfor not on DVD?
Most of my Blu-ray collection some of my UK discs aren't on their database

This is great news!

I have all the Darkwing Duck videos that were released years ago and now I can have all the episodes! And I was hoping that The Tick would come to DVD soon! Spoon! :D

Relax, my friend Tale Spin will be on DVD at some point after Darkwing Duck. My greastest fear is that Disney will release Disney Animated shows like Quack Pack and Goof Troop with 3 episodes.

The Tick? Who cares

Yay for Darkwing Duck, though! It's no Gummi Bears, but I'll be happy to have it on DVD! :D

Thank you, Captain Obvious!

Anyways, woohoo, I was quasi-right that it would be Darkwing Duck!

But still...THE TICK? You'd think that Disney would put their shows ahead of others in terms of release. Now, I'm not saying they should scrape the bottom of the barrel before they release their acquired stuff, but come on, is there really THAT MUCH MORE of a fan following and anticipation for The Tick than for Gummi Bears, Tale Spin, Goof Troop, etc.???

The Tick & Peter Pan and the Pirates are way better than any "real" Disney show. I think there is a larger demand for the Tick than there is for Gummi Bears.
