I only have very few Disney DVDs, most of what I have is still on VHS. I don't see a reason to buy them when I don't like the film all that much or when I'm not satisfied with the DVD release that's out (I'm still waiting for a Hunchback 2-disc). I suppose I think like the others parents. :P

YAAAY! Some more titles for my collection!

A video store near me is closing down (everything is for sale). I went in to see if they had any Disney titles and sure enough I emerged with the following:

Big Red
Shaggy Dog (colour)
Parent Trap 3
Cat from Outer Space
Follow Me Boys!
Herbie Goes to Monte Carlo
Journey of Natty Gann
The Incredible Journey

all in their original clamshells! Two bucks each!
I'm just valentine candy and boxing-gloves!

I used to have a lot, but it's now decreasing. I guess my parents threw them out or something, but here's what I got... for now.

NOTE: I may edit it over time when I find or get another Disney VHS tape

Aladdin (Black Diamond Classic)
Beauty and the Beast (Black Diamond Classic)
Dumbo (Black Diamond Classic)
Fantasia (Unofficial Black Diamond)*
Pooh's Grand Adventure (Fake Masterpiece Collection)
Snow White (Masterpiece Collection - 1st version)
Toy Story
Toy Story 2
The Fox And The Hound (Black Diamond Classic)
The Lion King (Masterpiece Collection)
The Little Mermaid (Black Diamond Classic)
The Rescuers (Black Diamond Classic)

For the Classic collection, there are what I call the OFFICIAL versions (the ones with the "Walt Disney's Classic" text and the Diamond logo on the cover) and the UNOFFICIAL versions (reading "Masterpiece" but using the animated Diamond logo on tape.)

I didn't know that a Parent Trap III, 1989 version exists. I learn something new every day.

In the late-80s, early-90s', most of the Disney Channel movies were released on video in the UK and Australia (this included all 3 Parent Trap sequels).

And I also just acquired "Parent Trap II" and "Parent Trap Hawaiian Honeymoon" clamshell editions too!
