I've got about 17 that I think are good to use, but I'm having trouble deciding if they're too hard.
Some are really quite easy, and I think there's a little bit of context in each. Of the 17, 8 are animated, 9 are live-action. I think 8 out of 10 is going to be too hard, well assuming you're just doing it on your own. I think I'll go with 10 out of 15, and maybe lose one of each.

Sounds great Luke...
I'm useless at these comps, but I may as well ask:
Are non-US residents forbidden from entering?
Cheers & keep up the good work...

Didn't you enter the last one? Anyone may enter, but the prize will be a Region 1 DVD.Loomis wrote:Sounds great Luke...

See, there is a benefit of the studio not providing discs to giveaway. No limitations on selection, no limits on who can enter, no specifics to the design of contest.
The negative is I pay for the prize with money that should be going to some education fund or something like that.
Since I'll be buying from Amazon, international customers are encouraged to piock a cheapie title to cover the additional shipping costs. I'm just kidding. Anything will do.
Okay, it's up. Too hard? Too easy? I have no idea.
Can the few of you who are on right now just give it a look see and let me know if it's particularly, overwhelmingly difficult? I want as many people as possible be able to win, but at the same time I want it to be fun, so I did a mix of very easy, moderately challenging, and kind of challenging ones.

Once I get a few "okay"s, I'll put the link up on the front page.

I did enter the last one, just want to make sure - I know how expensive international shipping can be.Luke wrote:Didn't you enter the last one? Anyone may enter, but the prize will be a Region 1 DVD.Loomis wrote:Sounds great Luke...

Thanks, Luke. I'll check out the page now.

It all looks good, if that is what you were asking.Luke wrote:Okay, it's up. Too hard? Too easy? I have no idea.

As for difficultly, I must admit there is a few I don't know, but I've seen very few live action films. And I wouldn't know one Mighty Ducks film from the other (or care to actually).
But that's me...I don't think I know enough to enter (although it is 10 out of isn't it?), but everyone else here has scary knowledge...
I think it is just about right in terms of difficultly levels for the avergae fan though.
Looks great!

Inigo: I do not mean to pry, but you don't by any chance happen to have six fingers on your right hand?
Westley: Do you always begin conversations this way?
Inigo: You seem a decent fellow. I hate to kill you.

Anyone who gets at least 12 right is entered into a random drawing. So it doesn't make any difference if you get 16, 15, 13, or 17 right.STASHONE wrote:Luke, how does this work... is it like a random drawing amongst those who've answered enough to make them eligible or is this contest based on whoever is able to answer the most correctly in total?
So far, I tend to think I erred on the side of caution, since a number of people have already gotten them all (or most *cough*MMB*cough*
I don't want this to be very difficult for any of you, and I think even if you just look closer at the captures that are befuddling you, it could help.
It's kind of fun, right? Right? Smile and nod, please!
