I just called and not only ordered my Sleeping Beauty slipcover, but my missing Bedknobs and Broomsticks chapter insert. :D The lady I spoke to was very nice too.

thanks RJKD23 so much ! i've been calling over and over hoping the machine won't answer lol.

Yess, I got the Lion King 1 1/2 at least, that lady was so nice and sorta itchy about giving me a batch of them so I just asked for the ones I have on DVD currently. :]

Thanks so much ! I've been trying to resolve this conflict for a very long time.

then you should have told her to just do her job and not comment. (only joking of course!)

Good to know you got through. :)

I had to go and bug them again the past couple days...

- The wrap (cover insert) for Snow White got stripped by the adhesive of the top sticker.

- the outer plastic slipcover of my Ultimate Toy Box got cracked.

- the case and the wrap on my TENG:CE got damaged in transit from Best Buy's warehouse to my house

So, thankfully, they're fixing all that for me :)

When I called Customer Service the lady said that you could only request a slipcover once. But she said she put it through, so hopefully I get it in the mail soon.

HELP!

Post by Yaya »

ok I know I saw it in another discussion but I can't find it. I have a DVD that is defective. It has like bubbles on it so it won't play certain scenes. Does the Disney DVD replacement thing replace OOP DVDs? Please tell me they do

Well, I don't really know, someone w/more knowledge will have to answer that one. My guess is you'll def. have to have proof of purchase.
