We had VHS growing up...technically they weren't mine, but whatever! I just recently started buying Disney DVDs. So far including Nightmare Before Christmas, I have 6 Disney Movies.

Sure did! Mine started with Beauty and The Beast actually. My list is as follows:

Beauty And The Beast
Aladdin
Fox And The Hound
The Lion King
The Many Adventures Of Winnie The Pooh

Those are what I have on store-bought VHS. But if you want to include stuff I've taped off of TV, I would have to include VHS and Beta (remember that? lol):

Dumbo
Pinnochio
The Little Mermaid
Mickey And The Beanstalk (Not the whole of "Fun and Fancy Free", just this section)
Snow White And the Seven Dwarfs
Bambi
The Three Cabelleros
Alice In Wonderland
Peter Pan
The Sword In The Stone
The Jungle Book
Robin Hood
The Legend of Sleepy Hollow (just that section of the "The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad")
and
Uncoutable Mickey, Donald, Goofy and Pluto shorts
Cheers!

I can't list all my VHS as there's too many. I saw Fantasia at a theatre when I was about 8. I also saw 101 Dalmations and Pollyanna at school. Our school every Christams showed us a movie and I liked that. The first Disney movie I bought was Homeward bound. We were on the greyhound going from one place to another and it was only about a 30hour ride and they showed us Homeward Bound and I liked it so much that I ended up buying it. I've also got Homeward Bound II. From the dalmations movie, I'm only missing 101 Dalmations II. I've got both live action versions on VHS.

Yeah. I have almost all of the Disney movies on VHS. I am trying to upgrade now though. The tapes are really old, and have been played over and over again (I am afraid they will break) so I am getting as many as I can onto DVD. I like how the restored the movies onto DVD, like Bambi. :D

Beta was a videocassette format for movies that really was the superior format to VHS. During the Early-late 80's there was a format war between the two (Much like what's expected with the HD-DVD wars that are upcoming) and VHS rose to the top because of the amount of support given to it by the filmmaking industry. Not very many of these still exist because of it's limited run and support, but I've still got quite a few pre-recorded tapes and MANY tv programs that I've taped over the years. As well, I still have two working Beta players at home.

Yeah my collections on VHS is massive so massive that I am not even going to try and make a list I am pretty sure that I am only missing 4 of the classic films or masterpiece collection. My opearnest started my collection for me when I was a little girl but anything that came after Lilo and Stitch I bought on DVD.

I am slowly replacing my VHS just becasue my tapes are all worn out and the DVD transfers are amazing :) .
