Hi
I used to buy dvds from all over, mostly now from Wal Mart, Amazon.com and my Wholesale Distributor.

I recently ordered for the first time over the internet, actually my Boyfriend ordered for me the I Love Lucy first season box set from a Canadian company called C&L which is actually located in the city I live in. It was next day service. And at wholesale prices. But I make most of my purchases close to home. I live like 5 minutes away from the mall. They have Superstore, Zellers, The Disney Store. Just about everything in one area. And then there's your pick of Future Shop, or A&B Sound. I just go where it's cheaper. About two weeks ago I blew $178.00 Cad which in U.S. dollars that's about $240.00 on dvds at Superstore where my boyfriend works. It's a huge Supermarket in Canada that sells everything but the kitchen sink. Kinda like your Big megamart Walmart stores. We don't have many of those in Canada yet. But a lot of businesses are afraid of them. Even the small Walmarts are a big threat. We boycott Walmart, although my family seems to shop there. We just choose not to shop there. I wouldn't shop from ebay either.

Well, I used to go to places like Target, and Suncoast. I went to Best Buy yesterday, and man did they have a lot! I was so shocked. It is the first time I have gone there. They had about 30 different animated DVD's, live action ones too. I will get my DVD's from there from now on. Sometimes, Suncoast has a nice selection too.

Don't forget to bring an ad with a lower price and they'll price match it!
R[APRIL.23]K: High School SweetheartsI usually go to Target for my DVDs. But the Target near me does not have a good selection, so if they do not have a DVD I want I then treck over to Suncoast. I don't buy DVDs at Tower Records because the one at my house charges neary $10 more than what Target charges their DVDs for.
When I want to purchase DVDs that are OOP, I head on over to Amazon.com and buy it from someone.
I bought Tarzan that way and I'm very pleased with the DVD! No scratches, no dents, no marks and it's not a boot-legged copy.
