Something goofy (not Goofy) in the Donald tin

It came with the booklet for Mickey Mouse in Living Color v2! While not as bad as a missing certificate, it still kinda stinks. What's the best way to get this straightened out? Do I: -return the set to Amazon and take my chances with an exchange? -see if Disney can send me the correct booklet? -fin...

What about this?

Some tin gets two certificates. The last one gets none. Does the last tin get caught by Quality Control before it's closed up?

What if the presence of tins with multiple certificates means that the actual print run gets lowered?
