Has anyone here ever won Treasures on eBay? If yes, did you receive it in good condition? I'd love to try and win some but I'm scared about the condition it will be in once I get it. I got the entire 1st wave off of Ebay and all of them came in perfectly. Just make sure to get it from a sell...

The Blu Ray version is absolutely incredible. Everything just has a more 3D look to it in High def, though I do have the standard DVD version also and for a DVD, the video quality is outstanding as well.

Jungle Book DVD Audio "Hisses"

I tried to search for this topic, but didn't find anything. Is anyone noticing that during the songs, the audio has a hissing noise in the background that goes in and out? Is this just the source material or do I have a faulty disc? It's very noticable during "The Bear Necessities".

I just saw an early screening this morning in 3D and I really enjoyed the movie. If divided into 3 parts, I'd say the 1st and 3rd parts are really good while the middle is ok. It's not bad it's just too much going on but the movie finishes extremely well. It's a definite must see for a Disney fan, a...

Re: Theatre list for 3D Meet the Robinsons?

Anyone seen one? The Real D site appears massively out of date, and there's no indication that just because a theatre exists, it'll be showing MTR. I'm taking a vacation through some states, want to plan on which city I'm going to view it at. Best thing to do is to go to www.movietickets.com and ch...

Re: anyone else see the disney dvd collection of 108 movies

as well as new age movies like madagascar, finding nemo, all shreks.. Well, since these aren't Disney, his statement on eBay is false. Sure these are animated films, but that does not make them Disney. That's what is wrong in the world today. The general public, assuming that if it is animated it i...

I figured I'd jump in since I'm from New Orleans. That pic of the "jazz festival" some keep talking about is not a jazz festival, its a Mardi Gras parade! Look at the float. Each parade has the crowning of a king and queen, so it's definitely appropriate to have Maddy as a princess/queen ...

I will also say that Pixar has done it again, and this is right up there with the Incredibles and Toy Story. I thought everything about it was fantastic. I am actually going to see it again, which would be the first Pixar movie that I've seen twice in theaters. The story was very good, the humor was...

When I saw Chicken Little in theaters, I was kind of disappointed. I guess my expectations were too high, plus the theater was full of screaming kids and crying babies. So it wasn't a nice experience. Well I bought the DVD and watched it last night and I thoroughly enjoyed the movie a lot more than ...

I totally agree with Luke on this one. Sky High was easily one of my favorite movies to come out this year. It was such a pleasant surprise, because I didn't have high expectations for it. The movie is basically a parody of super hero movies, and shouldn't be taken seriously as an original super her...

Sears is becoming my favorite place to buy DVD's. Circuit City and Best Buy are a half hour away and the Walmart here prices all new releases at 19.88. While Sears doesn't have a good selection on older stuff, they get most of the big name new releases. I bought National Treasure, Phantom of the Ope...

Hunchback is definitely one of my favorite Disney movies. I don't understand the venom being spewed at it by some. To the person who ranked it 43, just above Black Caludron (which is underrated), how can you rank tripe like Home on the Range higher? That is by far the worse of the "classics&quo...

After much trial and error, I have successfully converted Lady and the Tramp to an MP4 File! Yay!!! :D Now all I need is my PSP and a 256 MB Memory Stick. Sadly, I've only the money for the system this week. :( Guess my plan to watch Lady and the Tramp during lunch from work will have to wait til n...

My 16 Hour Disney World Marathon

I'm going to visit some friends in Tampa during spring break. We're going to Disney World for one day with a 1 day park hopper. I was there just 2 years ago, and the only things I havent seen are Mission space, Stitch, and Philharmagic. We're ruling out Epcot, and we're going to attempt to pass thro...
