I don't understand why having an HDTV would be an issue. With component cables, the games on Wii will look just as good, if not better, on an HDTV, than on a standard definition television set. I wish it worked that way, but from what I hear it doesn't. Apparantly the picture will end up being blur...

I won't be getting the Wii after all, which depresses me. The reason is that I only have an HDTV, and apparantly the Wii won't look too hot on it. I thought component cables would solve the issue, but I've read that it only makes it marginally better.

I guess it's the 360 or PS3 for me, then.

I loved the second season. It has so many great episodes. Surprise/Innocence, as you mentioned, are pretty much the defining episodes of the series to me. I think she has a fine voice. Besides, it's not the voice that makes an artist. It helps, but it isn't essential. Not in the pop genre, anyway.

I really liked the first episode of season 2. It's a nice conclusion to the first season in many ways.
