Hmm...
Lemme think... Timon and/or Pumbaa. (Duh!) Pumbaa is nice and Timon has a sense of humor that I look for in a friend because what fun are friends if you can't pick on 'em a little? Nala could also be my friend. She's pretty tight. Jasmine or Meg, too. Just because they seem like people I could get a...

Hmm....
Kind of a stupid move, really. 1.) It only recently came out, so there is only one generation of people who've seen it. The sequels that were more successful were around a long time so more people had seen it, therefore there were more people to buy and watch the sequels. 2.) It wasn't very profitab...

Hercules - After about 6 years of not watching it, I saw it again and I gotta say that I love this movie. Not very many people did, but I still like it. Plus I wish I looked like Meg. All Three Lion King DVD's - Good times...Simba's Pride I feel is the weakest of the three but that doesn't make it b...

Something I learned....
Do you realize that there is actually a study saying that there are only like 7 plots out there, but they just keep getting reused and refined so they seem different? And no wonder! Because like it said in the Lion King extra on the DVD, those are the stories that still have an affect on audiences t...

Yeah! I would like them to show some Disney movies in theaters that I wasn't able to see when they first came out. I'm still kicking myself for not seeing Lion King in theaters again when it came to IMax. Oh well, I saw it the first time in theaters.

Tongue in Cheek
I'm not so sure about this..... I mean, on one hand "Toy Story 2" was an exceptional sequel. I actually liked it more than the first. But on the other hand, it could be yet another attempt to market off of a successful original and sequel. I'm on the fence on this one, I just hope it is go...

I agree....
I totally agree. As much as I liked "Lilo and Stitch," Emperor's New Groove" and "Tarzan," I do prefer it when the characters sing the songs; not Phil Collins, Sting, etc. I feel a deeper connection with the characters that way. I guess the only reason behind it that I can t...

Me too
I like them both, but I agree that Toy Story 2 is actually better than the first, in my opinion. That has NEVER happened ever in the history of any sequel for me. Thumbs up Toy Story 2.Nala wrote:Toy Story

Today: Alice and Wonderland: Old childhood favorite, but I realize that there is really no plot. LOL. 3.5/5. Lion King, Lion King II, and Lion King 1.5(3): YAY! :D There are all so good and TLK is AMAZING. I love the score. Hans Zimmer is a genius. I like TLK1.5 more than TLK2, but it was nice to wa...

Hmm....
I dunno how I feel about this one. I mean, I liked the animation, I liked the songs, but...I don't know it just didn't feel right to me. I was really young when I saw this and I haven't seen it since, so I should probably watch it again. But I just remember walking out of the theater really dissapoi...

My Reply
The Lion King. I first saw this movie in theaters when I was 5 years old, and I remember walking out of the theater jumping up and down yelling, "That was so good! Let's watch it again!" Of course, I really didn't really appreciate it for what it represented then as I do now. As a young ad...

I was watching The Lion King II; Simba's Pride DVD in Spanish (Don't ask me why) and I got to the part where Timon and Pumbaa are chasing the birds away from their grubs. The person who does the voice of Pumbaa is really funny when he is chasing the birds. If you wanna know, just listen because if y...

Not Daveigh Chase
I have researched high and low, and have finally found out why Lilo's voice is so different. It is because it isn't Daveigh Chase doing the voice over, it's Dakota Fanning. Why they did this, I don't know. I think that since the movie isn't old at all, they should at least try to keep it to the orig...
