Just wanted to pass along my story......
After searching for a while on ebay and Amazon Marketplace for a copy of the 101/102 Dalmatians (live action) 2-pack, I basically gave up. For those of you not familiar with the set, it includes both 101 Dalmatians and the sequel 102 Dalmatians. I haven't been able to find it lately on ebay and the cheapest copy on Amazon was selling for $75 and it was used....new copies are selling for well over $100. This afternoon, I decided to head to Circuit City to pick up a copy of Season 1 of Bewitched. I took a stroll down the family aisle to check out the Disney DVDs like I always do and I almost fell to the floor when staring me straight in the face was a copy of the Dalmatians 2 pack!!!!!! It was the only copy left and the shrink wrap was torn in a few sections, but I grabbed it and all it cost me was $34.99. I had the biggest smile on my face!!! I'm a 28 year old man and I am this excited over a "kids" movie, but I am a Disney fan and will always be one! I am so happy I can now add this to my growing Disney Collection. I also stopped in at Best Buy and took advantage of their sale and picked up Brother Bear and the Three Musketeers for $8.99 each!!!
I found 101/102 Dalmatians 2-pack at Circuit City!!!

A similar situation
Howdy!
That's nothing. Back in about March of 2003, I was able to find the very last copy of Beauty and the Beast on DVD at Sam Goody (I think they're out of business now, but Suncoast is still alive and well). I was surprised considering that that DVD was out of print for a couple months at the time, and there was only one copy left. Some people are just lucky, I guess.

Very true, Lukester.Luke wrote:Congrats! I'll never understand the logic behind a two-pack offering the widescreen 101 Dalmatians disc and the fullscreen version of 102 Dalmatians.
A local video store back in Jersey still has the two-pack (perhaps the last one as well) and I never buy it because 102 is P&S, and I'm probably one of six people who preferred 102 over 101.

No, make that seven now. The second is much better becuase we get a better, funnier performance from (Cru)Ella.Escapay wrote: A local video store back in Jersey still has the two-pack (perhaps the last one as well) and I never buy it because 102 is P&S, and I'm probably one of six people who preferred 102 over 101.
