Some Custom Soundtrack previews (BATB & TLM)

Post by Disney 181 »

Well I was working on these for a few weeks now, then my computer crashed and i lost my recent files so i had to re-make them but I'm quite proud of these. I used the general concept from the early soundtracks of having a picture framed in the centre, but these are much more colourful and detailed. So far, I have the front covers for The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast. I hope to get Aladdin, Mary Poppins, Cinderella and some of the other musicals done too. Well here they are:

P.S. I guess i could take another opportunity to ask if anyone could scan me the front cover of the Aladdin soundtrack(the early version). Let me know (PM/e-mail)

I Love them!!!
My only suggestion would be to move the "Original Movie Soundtrack" title down a little bit so its not actually on the picture frame.

GREAT JOB!!! :D

I like a lot the BaTB one, but TLM is quite simple...

I love the Little Mermaid cover, but in my opinion, showing just the rose for Beauty and the Beast looks best. Or perhaps, you can show a still with the glass covering the rose (you know, in the West Wing room).

I don't know about anyone else, but none of those pictures work for me. Neither do the links... :?: Ah well.

Not showing up for me either. Maybe Ryan is having a bandwidth issue.

yeah sorry guys. im hosting them on geocities which goes down all the time  i might move them to another server, but also, the image format is png, so make sure your computers can display that kind. i think they should but it's one of the less popular among gif, jpeg, bmp.
ill see what i can do to switch servers.

Oh, Geocities. Now I understand. Anyway, I think both the versions of TLM cover are GORGEOUS. I really loved that poster and I like how in the second version you have the fish on the outside of the frame. Nice.

As for B&tB, I don't think any cover can top the one they had for the SE soundtrack.
