Is this the film that starts with a princess in animation and an evil queen transports her to NYC and she becomes live-action?

I remember reading somewhere that it was traditional animation and now they've changed it to CGI animation. That was recent reading, but the whole project was still in the rumors stage.

I also remember reading somewhere that Susan Sarandon was supposed to play the evil queen.

Wow! A new Alan Menken musical for Disney?!?! Could this one save it all? I'm not so sure about the story line though..."contemporary NYC"? Awaiting more info...

Wow this does sound kinds of intreasting but live action and CGI seems so over dont these as well. I really wonder how this would work out. thanks for sharing though rb_canadian181
