It's been 3 weeks,so I called, and they go there is an account in your name from 2002 and I go, say what?
They closed my request to open one now, and I was like, I don't know anything about the old one.
So, I got this really nice lady, she's trying to close the "old one", and put through my new request... so I "might" get my DVD's...
