Catchiest Disney TV theme?

Post by Kenai »

OMG, man, growing up in the times of the Disney Afternoon was awesome for me. As a little kid, Darkwing Duck was like my hero big time. So, as part of reliving the memeories...what is, in your opinion, the catchiest Disney TV theme ever? (could be a current show too, not just a DA show).

I would say Ducktales, Darkwing Duck, Talespin, Bonkers and American Dragon: Jake Long are the catchiest themes Disney has done.

Gummi Bears was catchy! :D
If I hear the instrumental version, I can sing it! (then again, that's nothing to brag about!)

"current shows" are just...blah-ed out.

Anyway, I too vote the Gummi Bears as having a catchy theme song, along with Duck Tales and Tale Spin.

These days, I like Kim Possible theme. I don't know why, but I just do.
I don't remember too many disney tv themes from when I was younger....we didn't have cable until 2000.
I guess for the old ones, maybe TaleSpin?

I'm gonna see a friend of mine

He's round and he's fuzzy,
I love him because he's
just Pooh Bear, Winnie the Pooh Bear!

For me it's a cross between Ducktales, Rescue Rangers, and Tale Spin.

Gotta go with Ducktales.

Life is like a hurricane
Here in Duckburg
Race cars, lasers, aeroplanes
It's a duck-blur
Might solve a mystery
Or rewrite history

DuckTales (oooh ooooh)
Every day they're out there making
DuckTales (oooh ooooh)
Tales of daring do bad and good
LuckTales

D-D-D-Danger!
Looks behind you
There's a stranger
out to find you
What to do? Just grab on to some

DuckTales (oooh ooooh)
Every day they're out there making
DuckTales (oooh ooooh)
Tales of daring do bad and good
LuckTales (oooh ooooh)

Not pony tales or cotton tales, no
DuckTales (ooh ooooh)

Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers!!

I now have that song stuck in my head.

Chip-chip-chip-chip-chip and Dale, Rescue Rangers! When there's a crime (?) they'll find a clue. They'll find the where, the why, the who!

Of course, my lyrics could be completely wrong considering I haven't seen the show in a few years.

I think that one song that Percival C. McLeach sang in Rescures Down Under was pretty catchy. You know that Home on the Range song. I know its not from TV but I think its a great song. But actually I think the Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers song was catchy too. I'll say that to keep on the subject.

Home, home on the range,
Where critters are tied up in chains,
I cut threw their side,
And I rip off their hide,
And the next day I do it again.

Ohhhhh Disney Afternoon :( I miss the good old days

Like Father, Like Son,
You're always number one
Max & PJ:Yes!
There's Buddies, There's Pals,
Yeah!
You always seem to work things out
Can't you see you're two of a kind
Lookin' for a real good Time
Goofy: Whoa!
A real Good Time
Report to the Goof Troop
and will always stick together
Were the Goof Troop
Best of Friends forever
Side by side where ever you go
were always ready to roll
Now gimmie that beat
Were the Goof Troop
and will always stick together
Were the Goof Troop
Best of Friends forever
Now were calling everyone
Come along and join the fun
Report to the Goof Troop
La do do do bop bop a doo bop
Yeah!

Mine was Goof Troop I loved that show! :D

There's a few, but they're wonderful memories. I watched as a kid (and would probably still watch) Ducktales, Darkwing Duck, Chip 'n Dale Rescuers and a serie starring Donald Duck as a parent of his nephiew's, who are by the time teenagers. What was it called in English? In Finland it was "Nokkapokka".
Disney DVD's 2005: Bambi PE, Alice in Wonderland SE, Tarzan SE, Cinderella PE - much much more!
